Clean and basic option in Nicosia
This facility in Nicosia is located in a building with several rooms with a shared kitchen on every floor. The room I stayed in was remarkably large with an attached, clean toilet, basic furniture and good natural light. For check-in they left the keys in a 'secret' place meaning I never met the host(s) or any of the staff. The host also got me a taxi from the bus stop to the accommodation. Good for a long or short stay in Nicosia.

Deficiencies that need to be fixed
The cleanliness was good.
Unfortunately I experienced a deficient WiFi, despite the owner's excuses who blamed the provider, the truth is that the WiFi device is located far from some rooms, resulting in a weak and intermittent signal.
There's no refrigerator within the room. Instead there is a small refrigerator in the common cuisine of each floor to serve four rooms, so it is impossible to serve the needs of water, soft drinks and small food supplies of all these people.

The worst place to stay
This place is the worst. I stayed there for two months. Most of the time i had no internet, or tv. The room had insects . And the owners him n his daughter, were one of the most rude people i’ve ever met. So bad experience.

Buyer Beware!!!!
The landlord agreed to a higher rate if I stayed for a month, and a lower rate if I stayed longer than a month. He asked me to pay a deposit of 400 Euros. I ended up only staying a month and i asked him to charge me the higher rate that we originally agreed upon. I notified him that I was leaving 2 weeks before I left but he kept quiet and did not respond until the end of the month when I was leaving. A day before I left he told me he was not going to return my deposit. The reason he did not respond to me earlier is because he knew I was leaving soon. He deceitfully kept quiet and told me that he would not give me my deposit.
In conclusion,
The landlord is inconsistent, I had his written assurance that he was going to refund me. He is dishonest and went back on his word, so buyers beware.

An honest solution in Nicosia
I stayed there for a few days during a business trip. Looks like a student accommodation (in fact, students do live there).
My room was without en-suite bathroom but there is one outside it. They give you separate keys for that. This kind of room is slightly cheaper.
My room was really simple, with a bed, cupboard, table and a chair. There is air-condition of course.
There is no reception, however the owners responded immediately to my phone calls and e-mails. They allowed me to enter the room earlier and leave later.
It is not the best place you have ever stayed but is is very convenient due to its location, the price and the very helpful owners.
