Tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverler. Düşük yorum verenlerin sebebini hiç anlamadım her şey gayet iyiydi.

Arrived late at the property after my flight being delayed. I did inform them via message on the app & they responded this would be okay as the reception is open 24/7.However, after arriving at the property(after a lengthy conversation via a translator app), the host informed me they had no record of my booking in their system. That the hotel have no affiliation to Trip.com & went to show me that they are only linked to Booking.com (and another app that I can't remember)-but never Trip.com. He said he had no idea why the hotel is on Trip.com& normally for them payment is made upon arrival at the property. They did serve me a lovely breakfast for €10s though.

The services that were guaranteed on Booking, were not guaranteed instead in the package of the structure. If in the room we had booked it was written among the services guaranteed in the price: 'Air conditioning' in the structure the room did not even have a window overlooking the outside.
When asked for an explanation to the receptionist we were told that it was normal for them to falsely declare because it was strategic for reservations and that if we wanted the window or other services we could change rooms at a higher rate. In addition to the ceck-in we were asked for a higher price than that indicated on the site. but at the first request for explanation was immediately retracted without any explanation. It seems to me right to point out for those who have not tasted the cultural differences between the two sides that these types of snags are in order in the Turkish side when instead the Greek side, although inherent in European culture and currency, is presented to everyone much clearer and more generous in every respect. So don't feel bad about it, because it is simply one of the many shades of the Turkish side.

Personel güleryüzlüydğ, konum olarak da turistik bir yerde. Fakat otelde traş makinemi unuttum. Kıbrıs tatilim boyunca sadece orada kullanmıştım, bu yüzden orada unuttuğuma eminim. 2 gün sonra aradığımda odada traş makinesi bulamadıklarını söylediler. Bu durum hoş olmadı maalesef..
