A great stay at Central Park Residence in Nicosia.

The apartment is modern, quality equipped and absolutely clean – you immediately notice that attention is paid to quality and details. The decor is stylish and functional at the same time, perfect for a business or private stay.
I would particularly like to emphasize the service at the reception: professional, friendly and always helpful. That's exactly what you want.
The location is also top – central, short distances, all within easy reach.
I'd love to come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know?
Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location

Best 5 star apartment for exploring central Nicosia.

Awesome apartment with a majestic view of Nicosia and the surrounding mountains.
The apartment was perfect for us an our 2 teenage boys. Every room was ensuited. The whole place was well appointed, clean, spacious and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The interior was great — modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming and well-equipped.
What really stood out was the night guard, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking a larger car was quite tricky in the available space, and without his patience and guidance, I honestly don't think I would have managed. His support made a huge difference and added a real personal touch to our stay.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily come back.

The apartment was super spacious and well stocked and furnished. The staff were really great at the hotel, too - even calling to make a dinner reservation for us. Thanks again for the hospitality!
