Excellent Hotel ❤️
A true luxury five star hotel, excellent in all areas, levels and aspects.
Chris the F and B Manager (my favorite in all of the hotel , truly professional and a great person too), Konstantinos Kosta from front office, Giannis the Front office supervisor, the very friendly and beautiful Eleni also from front office, Mahmoud nightshift from Front Office , Maria, , Alex , Marta and Liliana from incognito Bar, the very professional and kind Natasa and Chrystala from guest Relations, the great guy Alexandros and the hard working Ivan and another guy named Prince from orangery restaurant, who has been very friendly too, and Mohammad and Vlad, as well as a bellman from Nepal, Sanzip, are the Team members I appreciated the Most.
I had two kind of concerns during my stay, but the lovely Natasha and Chrystalla and the management effectively and in a timely manner solved the issues.
I would describe this hotel as truly the gem of Nicosia.
The best hotel in the city.
And one of the top ten in Cyprus.
I will continue visiting this hotel as I see every time so many familiar and friendly faces that it’s a great time always.

Wonderful hotel. Great facilities. Beautiful pools and gardens. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful and polite. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend.

Excellent luxurious and peaceful stay
I strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the city with staff who really care about your experience. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the guest relations manager ‘Lava’ was extremely sensitive to my welfare when she found out that my wife was having serious surgery in a hospital nearby.
All the food I had was well presented and very tasty with excellent service.
The rooms are very well sound insulated, clean, modern but warmly decorated with up to date customised lighting touchpads. The swimming pools and areas are extensive and well maintained with plenty of luxury sunbeds. I had zero complaints.
