Fantastic Villa with everything you need and just a few metres from the beach. Housekeeping a couple of times a week. Contacted owner a few times during our stay who replied promptly and was really helpful. Will hopefully return in the future.

Amazing villas and staff
We had the most wonderful stay at Paradise Coves villas.
Antonis was a brilliant host. Incredibly helpful and attentive. He was always quick to reply to emails and queries and was always so lovely, nothing was too much trouble.
The villa we stayed in was a perfect location, right by the beach, lovely views and nice and clean inside. The pool was a perfect size for us as a family of four.
We loved everything about the villa and location.
Lots of nice restaurants around too.
We had an incredibly sweet house keeping lady called Monika who checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was quick to attend to any of our needs. She was absolutely lovely, we were so grateful of her.
We are so keen to reply to this lovely part of Cyprus and these gorgeous villas.
Also it will be great to have an excuse to connect with Antonis and Monika again !

Amazing villa good location
We stayed in Marine villa. The villa was amazing and the pool was lovely. Gorgeous sunbeds. The pool was cleaned regularly and the ladies who do the cleaning offered to come in although we didn’t need them for a week. They did replenish the towels though. We didn’t actually get to meet the owners, who people refer to as really helpful. It would have been nice if they’d introduced themselves. Villa is really well situated for restaurants and a half hour walk to the harbour. Beach is just across the road. My only concern would be check out is 10 am and if you have a late flight there is no shelter, they will look after your luggage and they did accommodate us with a small extension to our checkout.

Superb stay - can recommend would stay again
Just back from an excellent 2 weeks stay in Villa Marine at Paradise Cove.
We are regular visitors to Cyprus.
In an excellent location close to the coastal path and Lighthouse beach.
Plenty of bars & restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk away on the Tomb of Kings road.
Nearby supermarket in Kings Mall shopping centre (prices not to bad) or the Alphamega Aphrodite supermarket just a little further up the road to Paphos Old Town.
We normally have a hire car but decided against one this time due the the location.
An easy flat walk into Paphos Harbour via the coastal path or via the road.
The villa was superb, so well equipped, in a quiet location less than a minutes walk to the sea front (although our stay was out of school holidays !!)
Excellent welcome pack also, which was very well received by us. The best we've ever had !
The owners are so welcoming, nothing was to much trouble and they always asked if we required anything when passing.
Towels including Sun lounger towels & Bed Linen changed on a regular basis, nothing was too much trouble.
Pool also cleaned a number of times during our stay.
We enjoyed our walks along the coastal path taking in the Shipwreck, Venus Beach, St George beach, Alyki beach (Rock Bar) and Sandy beach.
**The only negative was the lack of English channels on the Satellite TV .
Fortunately we had the 'Firestick'with us, so were able to watch the English channels especially given that the World Cup / England games were on during our stay.
Would definitely recommend and stay again

Highly recommend Villa Aqua.
Just back from a great 10 night stay at Paradise Cove.
We stayed in the Aqua Villa , which was spacious ,well equipped and had nice views towards the beach.
The owner was on hand if you needed anything and the ladies that cleaned were excellent.
The villas have the added bonus of being detached with their own private pools.
Highly recommended.
