Cosy apartment that has everything.

Booking was easy, and we were greeted by the lovely sweet Nepali lady & housekeeper who explained everything to us with such a lovely smile and happy persona. (To the owners well done you have a angel and a dedicated employee)
The no1 apartment was fantastic it was clean, safe and had everything we could have wished for it was the perfect place for a few days and I'd gladly return and stay here again. The AC was a little noisy but didn't bother us too much maybe needs looking at, also the hot water wasn't the best but it was so hot we didn't need a hot shower?
Android TV with all the channels and also Netflix but most importantly it was safe and spotlessly clean.

Home away from home

Our stay at the Royal Stay Luxury homes was amazing! Superb location, fantastic amenities, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
Well equipped, clean and cozy apartment.
Thank you Royal Stay for making our trip in Paphos unforgettable ! 10/10

Amazing, luxurious accommodation for a great price

Spent one night here with family. The building is very well located in the center of Pafos. Recently renovated, it really felt like a luxury stay. Modern walk-in showers, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable, clean beds with a/c in every room. And most of all, very very clean.
Sotiris was our host and the communication with him was excellent. He explained everything very well, was very polite and flexible.
Will definitely consider again for our next visit to Paphos.

Perfect !!!

Apartment very easy to access by bus, and the instructions are very clear when booking.
We didn't have a taxi for a very early departure the next day, and the person took care of reserving one for us within 5 minutes.
They are very responsive.
The apartment, house 4, was perfectly well decorated, fully equipped, and we were able to watch a film with the accounts dedicated to the room.
A calm and very pleasant evening.
Do not hesitate !!!

Fantastic Experience: Well-Equipped, Beautifully Decorated Apartment

Seeing how great the apartment was brightened up our day. Besides being fully equipped and clean, it’s beautifully decorated. The staff makes the check-in and check-out process very easy and quick. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!!
