winter getaway

booked Apartment with owners direct and got a lovely apartment owned by Kevin & Julie Claxton apt was B201 there is a lift to the apartment which has 2 bedrooms very good large double and large twin. full T.V. package and wifi. there is a small indoor pool which is a bonus in the winter time. With a sauna which can be used between 7am - 8pm. The village is quite Hilly but if you have a car this is not a problem. Had a very nice relaxing stay with some lovely winter sunshine.

Potentialy good - let down by general lack of investment by owner and customer care.

Having stayed at the complex last year we were looking forward to staying in D204 advertised as a luxury upgrade - it was spacious and reasonable well appointed - but was unkept and grimy starting with a filthy doormat, grey towels that should have been white, stained curtains, ancient bedding and marked walls - we also had a leaking toilet, leaking aircon and a TV whose streaming system made viewing impossible - the first 2 were fixed by the local operator and the last put down to WIFI issues - despite the latter supporting multiple devices perfectly well and identifying similar issues reported by other visitors over several years.

Disappointing

We stayed in Apartment B2 for a week. Not our first time to Peyia we visit couple times a year, but will not stay in this apartment again.
The bed was very hard. Shower curtain rail hanging off wall, fridge wasn’t very cold, WiFi didn’t work so wasn’t able to us TV. Futons in lounge we’re grubby along with the cushions, curtains in bedroom had seen better days. Cooker was dirty. Towels had seen better days. No plug by mirror in bedroom.
Complex on the whole was lovely, pool looked clean.
We won’t return and feel that the owners would benefit from updating a few things. Just looking very tired.

Total relaxation

Really loved the complex. Huge outdoor swimming pool, plus a smaller lower level pool and indoor one too. Table tennis and gym available, which we didn't use - maybe next time.... Lots of sun beds, tables, chairs available around the pool. Covered area by pool if gets too hot which was nice
Everything spotlessly clean and well manicured. We stayed in block D which had good views and was in a lovely spot. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Enjoyed sundowners on the veranda and had breakfast outside every morning - bliss.
Booked with owner through owners direct. Incredible value and we thought much nicer than hotel as so much space.
Parking is to the rear of the property, under cover so sheltered from the sun. Shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. A really nice area.
Would highly recommend. We will be back.

Best Apartment in Peyia

This is the second visit to this complex and is first class accomodation and very peaceful spotlessly clean and the owner of the apartment is very attentive to detail good tv and wi-fi reception lovely views accross to Coral Bay would not hessitate to reccomend.
