Okay holiday.
To start off this was a very enjoyable holiday on the whole but I will give an honest review of the whole trip.
We stayed here for over two weeks, as a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids).
Firstly the room, even though it was slightly dated and the pop up bed for my youngest was broke, it meets a need which for me is somewhere just to sleep and change. The biggest issue we had with as the cleaning staff who to be quite honest were pointless. Half the time the room wasn’t cleaned, especially if they saw us in there. We were left with no toilet rolls a few times and towels which we had to go source ourselves, at one point been told by the cleaners we’d need to go to reception and get them.
The food was good on the whole, always a decent amount of choice and well cooked. The ordering drinks at lunch and dinner was a bit of a pain as by the time we got them we’d be just about to leave. You can also choose to eat out at restaurants instead which you can book through a computer at the front of the hotel.
The pools are pretty much the best part of the hotel for me plenty of choice always space for you to put your towels etc.
The staff at the reception are great and will do everything they can to help. However the bar staff around the pool and the entertainment are miserable and have terrible attitudes, over the week I saw many of arguments with people just asking for drinks and getting told off.
The entertainment is ok, but personally would say from everywhere we’ve been is the worst we’ve seen.
The surrounding area is great especially the beach, me and my son twice swam with turtles there, we also saw an octopus and lion fish as well as multiple other. There is a bus to the surrounding area too like protaras and you can also book a taxi from reception.
On the whole I wouldn’t say it’s 4 star worthy, a decent 3 at best. However for the right prince I would stay again mainly for the pools and beach.

Family holiday
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. While the facilities could benefit from some upgrades, it remains a great choice for a family holiday.
Our favourite part of the stay was the swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, which created a relaxing atmosphere.
The food was fairly basic, but there was a different themed dinner each evening. During our stay, we enjoyed Italian, Chinese, Cypriot, and other international cuisine, which provided a good variety.
A special mention goes to the waiter, Pablos, who was always attentive, friendly, and happy to take our drink orders with a smile. His excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Our favourite part of the stay was the swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, which created a relaxing atmosphere.

We have stayed in Anastasia hotel 4 yesrs in a row now.
Here are a few highlights regarding the hotel:
1) The food this year was generally better than previous years and some dishes were really quite nice by Greek standards being a Greek myself
2) Lunch and dinner a little chaotic and needs more seating and waiters to not take plate away if popped up to get something
3)Sun beds improved this year and more comfortable.
4) Room cleanliness OK.Need a change of towels for 3 night stay
5)Beds were awful.These really need changing as the springs were digging into me and I could not sleep.
6)The club next door had very loud music 3 nights in a row until 3 am and did not get much sleep.Stayed in lobby most of the last night as the music was too loud and had enoigh y the 3rd night.
7)Only provided with 3 hangers.Asked for more but not provided
8)Staff at dinner require to be more attentive and additional training required.
9)Would be really nice to have some evening entertainment occassionally.
That being said, the Hotel still remains value for money and good for kids and location amazing. I would stay again.

Great holiday
We stayed in the main hotel building which was lovely, 2 adults and 2 teenager. Was a little cramped but was manageable. The aircon was ok, but not freezing compared to our friends who said theirs worked really well.
The food was great, never had a day where no one could eat anything. Had themed nights every night, the Asian night was a firm favourite. The snack bar wasn’t that great, but with meals being good there wasn’t really much need to use it. Only managed to get in to two of the à la carte placed (Greek and Mexican) both were super tasty, was a taxi ride away or 20 mins walk to the main Protaras strip.
The pools were great, kids had so much fun in the main pool and the water park, many of hours were spent in the lazy river. Was great for them to be allowed floaties and toys in the water. No sunbed wars required, and very comfy to spend the days on.
One downside was the cleanliness, room was not really cleaned very well during the stay and had to request towels on multiple occasions. (One evening we were left with one towel between four of us).
Another slight negative is that staff didn’t seem that happy, we always said good morning and smiled but often this fell on deaf ears with no response - however this didn’t affect the holiday.
Really enjoyed our holiday and would recommended providing you are staying in the main hotel building.
