Great Host, excellent Kitchen, nice Place

We enjoyed the stay, away from all the hustle and bustle. The studio was a good choice, clean, comfortable, spacious best for a couple.
Local kitchen, home grown, freshly prepared by the host‘s family, felt like kings, though working in the woods all day long. All our wishes and special requests were rendered without hesitation.
Were able to arrange the typical Skadar lake trip through the amazing host, who also spared us of running the gauntlet in Virpazar town. 3hr trip on a „private boat“, large enough for dozens.
We truly enjoyed it, many thanks Savo and your parents

Pleasant Place To Stay

Clean and comfortable room, good air con and WiFi. Good view of mountains, but not the lake or river.
The family owners are friendly and helpful.
Advertised with spar, but to use this it cost about an extra of 40% a nights stay.
Convenient for the railway station but one km away from the lake hub. The walk to it is daunting as there's no pavement. The alternative is a path, where you have to climb over railway tracks. Probably better if you have a car.

Wouldn’t recommend

The apartment was OK but the location is 1km from the town, which was a walk along the train track or along a very busy road without a pavement, which is also unlit. The host was friendly but there is an overpowering smell of old cooking in the dining area which was really off putting

An excellent accommodation near lake Skadar

We rented a nice apartment unit with 2 bedrooms, a small living room and kitchenette. Large shower-bathroom. Air conditioned which is highly appreciated in August. The guy who runs the place never smiles but he is very nice and helpful. The place offers nice breakfasts and dinners upon request and they will happily help you book any tour or activity. Highly recommended.

Appartement nickel et hôte adorable

L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce, très confortable, bien équipé et climatisé juste ce qu’il faut. Situé juste à côté de la gare et à 10min à pied du centre. Le maître des lieux est super sympa, plein de bons conseils et de bonne volonté pour simplifier le séjour. Il nous a notamment organisé un super tour en bateau sur le lac. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon, et n’hésitez pas à dîner sur place pour goûter la cuisine locale de sa mère. On recommande ++
