Check-in took about 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to show up.
The breakfast is good and servers are very nice.
The bed is good.
The shower needs attention. Specifically the bar holding up the shower head and the shower curtain and curtain rod.
The stairs are scary. Very narrow and minimal hand rails.

We didn't bother much about noise though, we sleep easily.
To be fair I think the guesthouse has 3 proper rooms that would be okay if you're not scared of the noise and poor service, rooms 1, 2 and 3 looked decent enough. Unluckily we had room number 4.
We were mainly frustrated that the room they put us in was not really shown in the photos while booking. We're about average height, but could not make use of the bathroom without bending and twisting, it's the top room 4th floor just under the ceiling. In 80% of the bathroom and about 50% of the bedroom the ceiling was lower than my head… if you like some fire safety, don’t book this, very tight Stairway and no emergency routes. In case of emergency you're definitely stuck.
Some other setbacks:
*Breakfast was promised from 8 o’clock (sign in room even says 7:30) but wasnt served before 9, even after specific request. When the guy finally showed up first morning he prioritised putting ashtrays everywhere over us. Breakfast does not include coffee or anything to drink but has a large basket of fries we didn't want….
*Communication was hard, they let you wait long time without any explanation
*Wifi and tv didn't work.
*Funny smells in the bathroom
But hey, we’ve enjoyed Kotor anyway. Never book room 4 and try to avoid this place anyway.

Center In Old Town
The Noise
Be cafefull at night in this part of Kotor, lots of Pubs turn into full on outdoor DJ/Dancing on the street till roughly 12:30AM. Next the guesthouse is a loud bar. Look for a pics
The Room,
Parts of the room is like the picture but the bathroom was a little rundown. Air Con worked well.
Breakfast,
Sorry avoid at all costs, if its included, i guess check it out, if not opt out because its 15 euros non guests and 10 euros, ill attach a picture you can get a much better for less and if your a healthy eater like to down the street has a better option.
The stairs going up are narrow so if you dont have a full range of motion it might be difficult.
