Highly recommend Royal House and sweet Rara!

We felt safe in Rara's Royal House. He was a host who was hands-on, honest, very helpful and friendly. Got many good tips about restaurants and other things. The accommodation has good air conditioning, good bathroom, kitchen and other equipment. The location in the old town is excellent, close to everything. If we were missing something, Rara fixed it without delay.

Worst apartment we ever rented.

Bad experience. It seems the host has multiple apartments and an overflow right next to the Royal house. Most of the amenities advertised were not in the apartment we were given. No washing machine, old dented cooking utensils under the sink, 2nd hand scuffed furniture, old towels. No stove top, just 1 hot plate. No courtyard or mountain view. The bed was so hard, I had back problems the next day. We left after 1 night even so our reservation was for 2 nights. The host, Rara did not want to refund that 2nd night. I would not stay there.

Great hotel in the center of Kotor old town

We stayed at the Tatihi hotel located in the middle of the old city in Kotor and we left very satisfied. Hotel owner Rara was very friendly to us and gave us all the information. He is a very good host. Likewise, the hotel more than met our expectations as it is a large apartment with its own kitchen. A perfect price performance hotel.

Great hospitality - great place to explore the Kotor bay

We found the apartment in booking, it is the old town and very beautiful renovated. It has one kitchen:dining room, and a big bedroom which can fit 3 guests and a small bathroom. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Rara helped us with the luggage’s up and and down and supplied with water the fridge. He was extremely flexible with the check out timing. He gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do and see and always make sure that you enjoy your stay. We will go back there, highly recommended!!!

Royal house excellent

Great apartment in the centre of the old town in Kotor, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable and clean, it was perfect for exploring the old town of Kotor.
But the thing that made our stay special was our host Rara, he took care of everything during our visit, when I broke my walking stick he went and found me a new one, he arranged our trip to the blue caves and when we left he carried our luggage out of the city walls to the taxi that he had arranged at a cheap price
