Stunning Views! Great service

Amazing view from the room/balcony. Exceptional view of the mountains and bay. Nice quiet road out front, you can walk to the old town (this walk is stunning in itself). Lots of high quality restaurants nearby. The price very reasonable. One of the owners did a load of laundry for me for free, which was very kind. Overall, excellent stay in a beautiful location.

polite and friendly. Views is beautiful

Our room was with a sea view. The rooms were clean and odorous. We did breakfast at the balcony and it was really nice. Mr. Jokovic (if I don't remember wrong the name) was really nice and friendly. Place is very close to central.

Super friendly, stunning views

Picked up at the airport and when I arrived was invited to join them for Easter lunch, Mishko (the Captain, who could speak excellent English) , were so friendly and helpful.
The view from the balcony was stupendous, most southerly fjord in Europe I'm told.Great pricing as well.

Not a good choice, poor!

There is no sign at all on the road to identify the Apartments, so we had to ask a local who had never heard about them but luckily phoned the apartments and guided us with his car, otherwise we wouldn't have found it.
The wifi signal in the room was very poor, and you could hear the TV from the room next door.
They are described as Apartments but they are ensuite rooms with a shared kitchen on the same floor, that is really small and has only a small table and two chairs (we were 3..!). We did not have balcony, nor sea view.
In the toilet, there was a gap for the window that communicated with the room next door so you could here them if they were also using the bathroom. In addition, after showering, there was a huge puddle of water in the bathroom as water leaked from somewhere regardless that you closed the curtains..
The bed wasn't very comfortable either, you could feel the springs of the matress.. I wouldn't stay again..
The owner though was helpful and gave us some recommendations on what to visit.

Beatiful view

Really 5 meter from the sea. Not luxury, but decent value for money. Balcony with beautiful sea view. They can help with transfer and possibly free of charge. Convenient move to Kotor by bus. 100 meters to a small shop. Ask the owner(Mishko), he like to talk, but only Italian or Serbian, not English.
