We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and everything met our expectations. What really made the difference was the staff – they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service created a warm atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

The property, service, breakfast and the general feeling while staying in the hotel are very good. I would come back with pleasure to this place.

The apartment itself was comfortable, but our stay was overshadowed by poor communication and parking issues.
Before arrival, it was impossible to contact the hotel. I called eight times without anyone answering, incurring international calling charges in the process. After arriving, I spent around 30 minutes driving around trying to find the parking allocated for Annex D. Eventually, I parked outside Hotel Conte and asked the parking attendant to call the hotel three times, but still no one answered. As I couldn't leave my car there because of the risk of a fine, I had to run a considerable distance to reception and back in the heat, leaving me exhausted and stressed. I was then told they had only one missed call.
A staff member showed me where the allocated parking space was, but when we arrived it was occupied by other cars. No alternative nearby was provided, so we had to park much farther away. Instead of parking just above the apartment, we faced a 30-minute walk with many stairs every time we needed the car. We had to do this three times during our stay, which added unnecessary inconvenience and stress.
There was also a power outage for over an hour at around 11 p.m. due to a storm. I understand this was outside the hotel's control, but it meant we couldn't get ready for bed or use the apartment during that time.
The accommodation itself was good, but the lack of communication and the unresolved parking situation significantly affected our experience.

We thought our room was amazing value for money. We stayed in a sea view room in annexe c. Yes, there are quite a few steps to the rooms but we knew that before we arrived . It didn't bother us as we knew it was compensated by a beautiful view. Even though we didn't have a balcony, there were plenty of terrace areas where you can enjoy a drink and relax.
The staff were brilliant, really helpful and the breakfast was great with so much choice. I'm coeliac, I certainly didn't go hungry!
We ate 4 times in the restaurant because the food was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable about gluten free and my husband loved the complementary home made bread. They will provide gf bread if you ask.( Obviously not home made)

Hotel Conte exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, the rooms are impeccably maintained, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort.
But what made our stay truly special was a staff member named Dragon. From the moment we arrived, Dragon went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. No request was too small, no detail overlooked. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging recommendations, ensuring our room was just right, or simply greeting us with warmth every time we crossed paths, Dragon made us feel like true VIP guests.
It’s rare to encounter hospitality at this level, and it’s the kind of personal touch that turns a good hotel stay into a lasting memory. Hotel Conte is lucky to have him on their team.
