Beautiful, comfortable, friendly, perfect.
Parking is an issue if you have a car. You can park at the top at the "Perast View Point" for free or at the bottom northern end of Perast which we found out in the morning they charge you for (10 euro's for 1 night!) but has less steps to climb with cases.
We felt Perast was much nicer than Kotor, and this guesthouse was a great place to stay within Perast. During the day it gets busy with the Cruise line tourists coming over, but in the evening it quietens down again for a lovely relaxing meal and stroll by the waters edge.
If we were to come to Bay of Kotor again, we would stay here again, despite the parking issue.

Good Value Guest House in Perast
We received a warm welcome. The room was small, but comfortable. One thing about the place was the decoration -- of our room and common areas. It was distinctive and attractive without being strange or idiosyncratic. There was a clear interest taken in how each room was decorated.
The bed was comfortable. The shower excellent. Everything was low-key and welcoming.
One caveat here -- as with many places in Perast -- is that you do need to climb steps up and down to get to it. But this should only be an issue for seniors or those who can't make the short but steep climb.
The value you get here is very high. A great place.
Only other quibble was our hiking company also arranged for breakfast at Palac Jelena as part of the Guest House Dragutinovic stay. Skip or negotiate it out if you can. The breakfast was from a set menu and I found it unsatisfactory. I would have paid an extra 5 euros to go into the kitchen and cook my own eggs. I had three breakfasts and disliked all of them.

very cool place :) çok memnun kaldık! :)
Çok memnun kaldık. Oda çok zevkli döşenmiş ve her detay düşünülmüş. Eve ulaşmak için bir kaç dakika merdivenli yoldan gitmek gözünüzü korkutmasın, etraf pek güzel çünkü :) ev sahipleri acaip yardımsever bu arada. Check-out için bize 2 saat ekstradan verdiler, ertesi gün reserve oldukları için bize başka bir yer bulabilmek için de çok uğraştılar. Biz burayı çok sevdik :) evden düz denize ininince armonia diye bir restoran var, yemeklerimizi de orada yedik ve çok memnun kaldık.
