אכזבה גדולה
הגענו למלון לשמונה לילות והחוויה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד.
ארוחת הבוקר דלה, כמעט לא קיימת – אין תחליפי חלב (לא סויה ולא שקדים), הלחם יבש מאוד, והחביתה שוחה בשמן. למי שמתכנן להזמין את המלון עם ארוחת בוקר – ממליצה לוותר.
ארוחת הערב לא שונה בהרבה – מבחר דל ולא טעים.
המגבות: התבקשנו לא ללכלך בטעות את מגבות הפנים באיפור – גם לא בטעות. המלון בודק כל כתם (!) ומאיים בקנס של 8 יורו במקרה שיש סימן. דרישה הזויה לחלוטין.
מים לשתייה: ביום הראשון מילאנו בקבוק מים מהמכונה – ביום השני כבר ביקשו שלא נמלא בקבוקים בתירוץ ש"עובד החליק". במקום זה הם דורשים למלא כוס ולמזוג לבקבוק (באמת?!). בלילה – סוגרים את המתקן ואין מים בכלל. בושה.
למעט המיקום – אין שום דבר טוב במלון הזה.
כוכב אחד זה מחמיא לו. לא אחזור לכאן ולא ממליצה.
Big disappointment – not worth the money or the hassle
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
Breakfast is extremely poor – no dairy alternatives (no soy or almond milk), the bread is dry, and the omelette is soaked in oil. If you're considering booking with breakfast included – I strongly advise against it.
Dinner isn’t any better – limited selection and not tasty at all.
Towels policy is absurd – we were told not to stain the face towels with makeup, even by accident. The hotel checks every mark and demands an €8 fine if they find one. This is ridiculous.
Drinking water: after we filled our water bottle once from the machine, they asked us not to refill bottles anymore, claiming an employee slipped. Instead, they want us to fill a glass and pour it into the bottle... really? At night, the water machine is locked and there’s no water available in the hotel. Shameful.
Aside from the location, there is nothing positive to say about this place.
One star is too generous. I won’t be coming back and do not recommend it.

Excellent and comfortable hotel

The food is fresh and mostly cooked on site and is served to the guest and is very tasty, a family hotel and highly recommended

It is advisable to take a picture of every corner because the hotel owners are stealing money
I must warn you the guests, the owners of the hotel are stinging tourists with a lie that we supposedly made them in the room and are charging exorbitant fines for fraud.
