The best hotel in Budva villa Katrina
We visited Katrina hotel with my family the rooms very clean very good service thanks to lokas and his wife marina I hope that I said the names right amazing sea view very tasty breakfast we were very happy and confortbl at the hotel I miss Montenegro and the hotel thanks for every think

We was double and the room was have also extra bed ..the room is big enough for double with a private bathroom

There was a stairs for one floor To get The elevator ..so if you have a heavy bags or travelling with a family members that is older in age or someone is tired ..it will be hard

Beautiful place to stay in Montenegro
Visited villa Katarina in July 2021 with my boyfriend. We were really pleased with all : place/breakfast/beautiful beaches nearby and (very important !) hospitality of the hosts of the hotel! It felt like we were Welcome there and all our needs were served. We ate breakfast every day in the hotel. It always comes with some meat/cheese cold starters, some eggs in different types of serving, cereal, yoghurt, some vegetables, fruit and some sweet treats. No one would be left hungry. As a watermelon and melon person I enjoyed every day with those type of fruit there and it made my summer even better. So thank you for always fresh and delicious start of our morning.
Hotel has all necessary when it comes to the technical side of the room: TV/Air conditioner/blow dryer for the hair - all is there.You would find a safe if the room in case you need to use it and warm blankets if you visit during the cold time.There is option to take iron on the reception to use and even possibility to borrow a beach umbrella for the day and beach towels.
We stayed in room 11 and our balcony faced the pool of this hotel. It is surrounded by the olive and figue tree. Very cozy and we enjoyed having coffee in the evening with this beautiful view.
The other very important reason to choose Villa Katarina - is the most beautiful beaches in withing few minute walk. Przno Beach is about 5 minute walk but it is a bit crowded with all people on the deck chairs and many people there. Another beach is Queen's Beach which we visited the most in 7 min walk and it has very beautiful view and shadow to hide in during the hot day. Next one on the road is Milocer and it is a bigger version of Queen's beach- beautiful, surrounded by coniferous forest and with plenty room to lay in. The last but not the least- Sveti Stefan which you can reach in withing 15 min walk alongside the beach paths and enjoy incredible view. The beach there is crowded though so we preferred the previous 2 ones better.
In about 5 min walk you have bus station to the city which can take you to any other beach or to the Budva old town in 15 min.
So we were completely happy with the choice of the hotel and would like to recommend it to everyone who is planning to have calm and relaxing trip to Montenegro in the cozy place where all is in withing few minute walk and in the place where atmosphere is friendly and comfortable! Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Fantastic vacation at Villa Katarina
Our family (2 adults + 1 child - 3 years old) stayed at the hotel for 10 nights.
First of all we were met by the owner of the hotel who helped us with our suitcases.
The first impression was positive - the hotel is closely located to the beach, everything is tidy and neat, there is elevator in the hotel and you don't need to carry your suitcases on your back. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you.
ROOM + ROOM SERVICE
The room is fully equipped (TV, air conditioning, hot/col water, hairdryer, electronic kettle, glasses and cups). The bed linen is perfect white, the towels are changed every day, the room service is great.
BREACKFAST
We had BB package - the breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor and usually compried of omelette, sunny side-up, hard-boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, chesse, pie, different types of vegetables as well as fruit, meat, jams, honey and cornflakes. Coffee, different types of tea, milk and orange juice are also available.

The hotel is close to the beach - it will take you 5 minutes to reach it.

Nice new place
Nice play with new furniture - the rooms look exactly as on photos. Very clean, daily cleaning and towels are changed daily. Rooms have private balconies, so you can enjoy a breakfast outside without disturbing anyone or being disturbed. Also friendly and nice personnel.
It would be good to have kettle in the room.
I can not say that the place is quiet: first, our room had a door to another room (closed) and maybe that's why we heard everything happening there. Also the air condition worked quite noisy, and also there is a large hotel nearby with the surprisingly loud fans.
The closest beach is 5 mins away, but almost totally occupied by paid deck-chairs. There is another beach (Kamenevo) in 10 mins - but you need to go by the road without pavement. We found the most suitable to go to Sveti Stefan municipal beach, which is about 20 mins walking through the beautiful park. There are quite a lot of people, but we never had problems to find a place.
There is no supermarket nearby, just several small shops, but you can buy there some bread, fruits, yogurt, etc. There are also some restaurants nearby, which are ok, but the best one in our opinion was "Drago" in Sveti Stefan. By the way, almost everywhere in the restaurants the size of the dishes are large, especially the main dishes.
It's also useful to go to Budva - buses go every 10 minutes, and the bus stop is 5 mins form the hotel.
It would be good to have kettle in the room.
