Excellent!

The staff was very welcoming and nice, they helped us with anything we needed and were very polite and kind. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, there was a mini fridge, a TV and an electric kettle as well as cups and tea and sugar. We had an amazing time and we greatly recommend it.

Great place and great staff, could not do enough to help. Area feels very safe and a beatyful country to see with plenty to do.

I don't know who awards the stars, but this hotel is great. It's not the first time I've stayed in hotels, but I've never seen it before. 1.lie. - all days of stay lied that the wifi would work; 2.the shower cubicle has no normal partition and all water pours all over the floor, then you will collect water for another half hour: 3. ripped off wallpapers from above and below; 4. approach the reception, the girl will not pay attention until she speaks on the phone clearly about her personal business (the man who runs the restaurant made a remark to her); 5. lack of basic care for the guests - no sugar, no tea, no coffee in the room, we are out of the way, evening, and the room is without basics; 7.if you miss the ant infestation very much, you are here; 8.the amount of tax was taken 3 euros more than was said on the website; 9.greed - I lost my passport, with the girl at the reception saying to sit and wait until it is returned, instead of explaining that we urgently need to the police; we were supposed to leave in 4 nights, but had to be delayed because of the passport, we offered to stay at their hotel, (just to not look for other accommodation, not because we liked it very much), for 120 euros for 3 nights - the hotel is empty, was 10-15% occupied, we were turned away; did not contact the owner, but just decided two girls at the reception; in the pouring rain they went and found the hotel literally across the street and cheaper and decent, with all the staff asking how our business was and if my passport was found. A lot of people might say it's all a pickle, but you and I are leaving our money, and a lot of money, and the impression is that we're the supplicants.

Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldn’t thank Mateja enough for her help and concern.
The hotel was clean and staff would help with anything you need. The location was great with shops right outside the hotel and the beach being a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is located in an old building that is badly in need of renovation. The room we were given had cheap, tasteless furniture and, to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working. We were checked into a room where the temperature was 29°C. Despite complaining twice, the staff took no action. Only after I firmly demanded (not politely asked) to be moved to a room with a functioning air conditioner did they finally agree to change our room.
Overall, very disappointing experience
