Little worn out, but Ok room. Worked well for one night trip. Room was spacious and there were all amenities you need for that.
Walking distance from city center. Neighbourhood was little "scruffy" while there were construction going on nearby, but that didn't affect sleeping or anything.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't find check in time anywhere, but as I came to hotel at 11 am, they arranged me room right away!
Wifi worked fine in my room.

The bathroom is in need of remodeling and repairs. The bed and beddings were comfortable.

near to the beach and you have free access to the beach with a clean towel usage. very close to Tivat centrum. The reception was very friendly. Bath and toilets were not clean:(. Breakfast could be more good. But we'd a good holiday in Tivat.
