Aparthotel Rosmarino nalazi se u Svetom Stefanu, a nudi vanjski bazen otvoren tijekom cijele godine i terasu za sunčanje s ležaljkama. Gostima su na raspolaganju besplatni WiFi i besplatno parkiralište.

Comfortable appartments with nice swimming pool
Very comfortable apartaments, we had the biggest 100qm, for two families was perfect. Helpful owner on place, swimming pool for kids was in terrace, so easy to watch on kids.
10 min to the closesed Beach Kamenovo, undortunatly track to it and Beach need cleaning and some renovation.
Very close to Market- 3 min by food. Travel to Budva arround 15 min by car.
Beautiful view for mountains from the balcony.

BUILDING SITE WITH UGLY CONSTRUCTION VIEW
‘Building site ugly construction view’
➖ We were shocked on arrival to find a building site attached next to the Rosmarino. They are adding an extension and there is an ugly and imposing partly built structure butted onto the side of the building. The pictures on booking,com do not represent a true image of the Rosmarino, and is very misleading and unfair to the unsuspecting holidaymaker. The booking.com pictures taken of the pool area show greenery/sea view sourroundinv the building, this is incorrect as what you see from the pool is a partly built tower block which is taller than Rosmarino and therefore the lovely surrounding view has been completely obliterated. Might not be an issue if staying just a few nights which most other guests seemed to do and then moved on, unfortunately we had booked 2 weeks so was a huge disappointment and an ugly eyesore to look at every day.
The pool is in shade for part of the day, also making the pool freezing cold. When using the pool your view is of rusty scaffolding, boards, masonry and rubble and the flimsy gauze flapping in the breeze they used to try to disguise its ugliness. At the front entrance there is a separate storage of building masony and equipment making this area ugly to look at.
The images of the Rosmarino on booking.com need to be updated with a true and fair representation of its current appearances, in its present state it’s misleading. This is a building site under construction and needs to be reflected truthfully on the site. We would have not booked our holiday at this apartment had we known about this prior.
The Rosmarino faces directly opposite the extremely busy coast road with constant traffic noise day and night, (they have cleverly disguised this with their pictures images on the site) . There is no surrounding pedestrian access in the vicinity which means for walking access you have to walk directly onto the main road and join the traffic flow as a pedestrian! We found this unacceptable. This was very dangerous and terrifying, would be a no-go walking option if you had small children/buggies, the road bends round and is unlit at night. We felt like we were playing ‘chicken’ on a main road every time we needed walk anywhere.
We had agreed with Nikolay that the cleaning would be done every 3 days or so, but it was unfortunately only cleaned once during our two week stay.
Nikolay was a good host and available every time we needed him, very pleasant and helpful.
I just wish we had been informed that the images advertising Rosmarino were fake, to help us make an informed choice in our accommodation.

Schön!
Alles war super toll. Traumhafte Lage, sehr helles, sauberes und großzügiges Apartment, bequeme Betten. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet (es gibt Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller usw.). Bequeme Betten. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns bei allen Fragen berieten. Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren 2 Kinder gereist (Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl waren kostenlos). Der Pool hat meinem älteren Sohn sehr gefallen. Ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub. Danke!

Очень удобное место
До пляжа очень близко, вокруг все в зелени и тихо. В апартаментах все необходимое даже есть посудомоечная машина. В 100 метрах ресторан в котором очень вкусная еда, каждое утро там завтракали. Автобусная остановка и магазинчик продуктов рядом с апартаментами

Замечательное место для семейного отдыха
Тихое место, очень красивые пейзажи, рядом пляж. Были семьей в этом отеле, с персоналом никаких проблем, объяснили куда сходить, что посмотреть. По нашему пожеланию организовали экскурсию. Очень советуем для семейного отдыха.
