Good experience.

We stayed only one night in a renovated room and bathroom. The room has very pleasant furniture and style. Good location. The breakfast is very good!

Friendly staff

Smaller hotel with a convenient location near the railway station. The positive was the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast, while there is room for improvement in cleaning

clean room, but mold in bathroom faucet. Quite nice room, but mattress on the thin side. Lacking fridge and iron. quite good breakfast and free coffee.

Very nice place with very friendly staff !

Very kind people , sincere welcome ,very comfortable room ( even the small ones and you do have a choice of several room types according to your needs ) , good breakfast with nice coffee :).
Good location easy parking around . Stayed only one night would liked to have stayed longer. Very nice lounge with coffee & tea at all times .

Lumpy bed and bright curtains

Nice welcome from a young man who just started his job. He did well:) Very good AC, ok breakfast (not impressive selection), varying service, except for the first young man, several were uninterested in the guests. One seemed rather annoyed that I had a question since she was busy on her phone.
The beds, which they boast about on the hotel web page, was absoutely horrible. I slept for 3 hours the first night. Later I removed the lumpy over-cover and put the sheets straight on the bed. Better. Woke up at 5 since the curtains were really light and bright. Told the receptionist about them and she said "meh". I have never complained about a hotel bed or curtains before, it should be their most important features.
The tv stopped working for a while, there was no minibar/fridge or te/coffee/boiler amenities in the room. Next time in Århus, I choose a different hotel for sure.
