Excellent and attentive staff when we arrived and departed - very helpful. Very clean hotel and well-appointed with very good breakfast. Had everything we needed. Rooms were rather warm without air conditioning, but did have a fan. Overall a very good family stay.

Our stay was seamless from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was very avergae, small and not very clean.
There are no activities available in lobby.
breakfast, there was also average. no not meal, except pan cakes.

When sleeping in your car is the best choice

When there is a doubt…
Should have been warned by other reviews.
This is nowhere near usual Four Points standards.
Automated check-in is a joke. Key wasn’t working. Had to make a call, get the key reprogrammed, to finally enter a room where someone was already sleeping.
Poor guy…
Another phone call, another room, another key programmation…
To finally enter a room where you instantly regret your booking.
The room would be ok for 1 person looking for a cheap option to sleep. Bed size is ridiculously small, impossible to fit 2 adults.
Breakfast is on par with the rest. How can you ask more than 15€ for that? Went to the gas station 200 meters away, got descent coffee and pastries for much cheaper.
Needless to say that we checked out before the end of our planned stay.

We are truly sorry to see you had a very unfortunate experience with us. Four Points Flex by Sheraton is a new concept within the Marriott family and not the same concept as the Four Points chain. I completely understand that it is dissapointing if you're expectations of the hotel were of a different concept. We are currently facing a bigger refurbishment of all rooms including changing all of our beds.
Regarding the very unfortunate experience of you entering an already occupied room, I have looked into the matter and unfortunately it is a matter of human error. We have updated our remote help routines so this will not happen again.

Nice stay with wheelchair

Nice room option with facilities for wheelchair! Both access to bed and toilet in the room. And good service from booking to stay and departure.
