Hotel was very good. No air con but room had fan. Very clean and comfortable. Service was excellent.

Unmarked stay (2 adults, 1 child 9 years old)

We had an outstanding stay. Good location in relation to the city.
However, 2 out of 3 beds seemed slightly worn out. Not much "resistance" / springs in the mattresses. We made the attention that one bed lamp did not work and got to know that they were in the process of replacing the bed lamps, we did not miss it was most for polite information. The television is not functioning.
Rooms on the 2nd floor are "fun" to reach, first up on the 1st floor, then up on the 3rd floor and then down on the 2nd floor. We stayed in a double room with upredning, it was a nice size room. Bright curtains, fine toilet and bathing conditions.
Good breakfast.
Fat at night to have free access to the fitness and culture house (bathroom spa and welness)

First and last time...

Staff were welcoming and understanding about our complaint points. They said they would have given us the money back but when we had bought the room through another website they could not.
Points:
Wc in pieces no help so we couldn't go to the toilet in the room anymore. Even though we told the staff.
When we packed our things together we found under one of the beds a pair of used children's underwear with shit tracks in. We were 3 guys in the mid 30s who had rented the room so..
It wasn't our, coming to think that some cleaning could "overlook it how the hell they do so otherwise clean at this hotel..

Traveling for work, this was a great experience!

Very clean common areas and rooms were pretty decent. Loads of daily activities within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff made the trip seem more like staying at a friend's house. Quiet for a multipurpose facility. The amenities were ample from a full gym to swimming pool.
