Great location for the start of our trip. Close to the airport, close to the shopping centre if there was anything we’d forgotten. Hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, cook your own eggs, some little omelettes and pancakes, some cold meat and cheese, fridge full of milk and yoghurts, but not worth £17.

Average Hotel with Pros and Cons

It's near the Bella conference centre, although not as close as other hotels. My room was facing a highway.
Stayed here to attend a conference, and it's a good 30mins walk to the Bella Center.
The subway is close, and gets to downtown in just a few stops. It's also pretty close to the airport.
Not much to eat around the hotel, but there's a mall halfway to the Bella Center.
The room was small and pretty spartan / minimalist which is ok. Not much is provided in terms of toiletries and etc. Not even bottled water in the room.
In terms of cleanliness it was alright.
Breakfast area can get crowded since it's small, but thought the breakfast options were good.
Check-in process is weird since it's literally a bar, and one minute the hotel employee was pouring a beer to some guests, and the next the same employee was processing my check-in.
One thing I really disliked was the iron situation. I asked for an iron and they told me there's one in the basement and it couldn't be taken to the rooms.
I went downstairs to find a mediocre iron and ironing board literally chained to the wall in a basement and the lights wouldn't even stay on since they had an automatic timer to turn them off.
If you need to wear a suit, it might be pretty frustrating to iron shirts in these conditions. I tried it once on the first day, then gave up and bought a steamer at the nearby mall.
Overall I'd say it depends on what you're looking for.

Nice and clean room, enough for one night (concert visit). Tram route a short walk away, bus stop would have been next door. We were by car, which was conveniently parked in the hotel yard, for free. Breakfast was adequate. Staff helpful and polite.

Good gym, good size bedroom with good bunk beds. A bit hot in the room. A little walk from Field mall. Did not have breakfast. Expensive coffee

Not bad if you choose a suburban location.

I stayed at this hotel in the suburbs because the hotel in the city center is expensive. The station is accessible to both the airport and the city, as the subway and JNR lines run there.
It is less than 10 minutes walk from the station, but it felt windy and far away in winter because there is nothing around it as it crosses the highway.
The rooms are simple, suburban but not very large, but not to the point of complaint. The lights are dark.
Breakfast is delicious, including freshly baked bread.
