Copenhagen Charm
Very pleasant experience for the Fall months. Copenhagen is at its loveliest with the leaves changing and the breeze off the canals. The central location of the hotel gives you a chance to experience all this. Besides that, very accommodating staff and knowledgeable. Lovely room and bathroom. Quiet. The open lobby layout, happy hour, and evening by the fireplace and bar makes it easy for travelers to converse, exchange stories, and relax. I paid in advance which made the room very affordable. Beautiful neighborhood. For a city girl who is used to walking everywhere or taking public transit, was perfect. Would gladly return.

Excellent location, lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff
What a lovely three-night stay. Lovely friendly staff from the moment we walked in to the time we had to leave ☹. Great check-in and to our room, which was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great linen, towels and toiletries. There was no air conditioning, but a great Dyson fan and opening windows were perfectly adequate for the time we spent in the room.
The hotel is spread over several buildings with a couple of lovely courtyards. We had breakfast included in our package and it was a great relaxing way to start the day in the courtyard. There were plenty of breakfast options and excellent Earl Grey and English Breakfast teabags! We loved the idea of the Cosy Hour and our complementary drink to start the evening.
I had the Temple massage package in their ‘Ni’mat Spa’ and totally relaxed for the 80mins.
The hotel is in a great location and easy walking to many of the attractions, and great cafés and restaurants.
The only thing that needs attention is the luggage storage area. With many guests heading out later on departure day the storage area was completely overwhelmed!
We would certainly recommend staying here for a few nights (wish we had more than our three).

We loved our time at hotel Kong Arthur, beautiful room, absolutely loved the spa and massage. Also loved cosy hour. Would definitely recommend hotel Kong Arthur and it’s great location in Copenhagen

Everything at the hotel was excellent. Very friendly staff and the rooms were very nice. Nice happy hour and a very good breakfast.

The ambience of the hotel is very warm and inviting. The room is well-furnished and is aesthetically pleasing. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is outstanding. I would definitely choose this hotel if I were to come back to Copenhagen. My only negative comment has to do with the quality of breakfast. There are lot of items on the table and almost nothing tastes very good. Maybe they are using organic ingredients but the flavor of the food is rather bland and it seems that items are getting carried over to the next day. If someone is looking for quality, and not just quantity, then the breakfast is rather disappointing. Given that one can find many good cafes in the vicinity of the hotel, the problem with unsatisfactory breakfast is very much remediable.
