Ovaj hotel smješten je uz kanal u Kopenhagenu, 10 minuta hoda od Glavnog željezničkog kolodvora. Hotel ima besplatan WiFi, 3 popularna restorana, unutarnji bazen i velik fitness-centar. Također obuhvaća 2 krovna bara s predivnim panoramskim pogledom.

Great place to stay. Good location, just outside the main city. 10 minutes walk and you are in the centre. 2 great restaurants in the hotel.

Highly convenient location. Staff unable to access booking confirmation for invoices.

It was pretty disappointing to find out that some of the higher price-point rooms were on the side of the hotel right next to the train tracks, which are in frequent use and the sound does travel, and the room shakes as a train goes past.
We requested to change rooms to be away from the train tracks and were kindly accommodated.
On check out, we requested a printed invoice, and were advised “it will be emailed”, to which we responded that we would still like a printed invoice, please.
We were then told one couldn’t be provided, because we booked through Expedia. We didn’t book through Expedia and said we didn’t. The reception team member said we might not have realised but it would be Expedia.
We highlighted that we booked direct through the website of the hotel and they said yes, it will still be Expedia.
It isn’t Expedia, it’s ARP-Hansen, the owner of the group. That’s what it says on the website and that’s what the bank transaction shows.
The team should be able to print an invoice off from a direct booking, and at the very least should be able to identify a direct booking on the system.
Certain facilities are not available for an “indefinite” period of time.

Very beautiful hotel
It is a very beautiful contemporary hotel that incorporates the decor codes of Tivoli, good bedding, a bathtub, and a granite countertop in the bathroom; everything is clean, but the only downside is the breakfast. We are required to reserve a specific time, and despite that, there is a very long line that is quite tedious. To our great astonishment, the buffet is good, but it lacks certain items. We are in Denmark, and there is no salmon, no reindeer meat, no shrimp... We expect some Danish specialties... and the gluten-free bread is delicious.

Receptionists and most personales were warm and friendly. Nice interior design. But I’m not happy about few things. 1. The hair dryer was very slow and gave too hot air, even with cooling button pressed. Within 20 seconds, I could feel the air was too hot and I had a take a break. My 8 year old daughter simply couldn’t take the hot air and wouldn’t let me use the hairdryer on her. As a 4 star hotel, this is unacceptable. 2. The blinder didn’t block the light efficiently, as the curtain the way the blinders are installed still leaves certain amount of light in when the sun was up early in the morning. 3. We were told that we could still use the swimming pool after we have checked out. The the check out time is 12:00. We checked out at 11:00 and the receptionist was nice to give me a keycard to access the pool. But at 11:45, we were told by the personales at the pool that they would close the pool and we had to rush to shower and didn’t even get time to dry hair and were rushed out of the pool at 11:53. 4. I chose this hotel because I knew my daughter would enjoy the big indoor playground in the hotel, but it was rented out to some conference while we were there and we were not informed in anyways until we asked for the playground. My daughter was very disappointed that she couldn’t play there. If I knew the playground was not available, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.

Tea/coffee/creamer refils were not done on multiple requests. Fire alarm was triggered late night from our room when we were sleeping with out baby leading to bad sleep of my baby.
