Charming, unique, super friendly, and helpful staff. Could not have been more pleased with our two nights day.

Fairly mediocre hotel attempting to be something else. Sadly the service does not live up to the high rating they attempt to be. Stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival, there was no attempt to acknowledge guests arriving. I was checked into a room which was already occupied. This was quickly resolved though. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Medium size room. Breakfast fresh with a fairly limited selection. Got back from a day out on town to find that the room was not cleaned yet. Asked the receptionist if I could have it cleaned as i wanted to rest a bit before the evening. After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes it was still not cleaned. The same happened to my friend who had booked a room of the higher category. Check-out time 11 which is very early. No flexibility in terms of getting a late check-out, just the usual generic answer. Overall, not a bad hotell but service wise far from a top rated hotel and overpriced for what you get.

Second time staying in this hotel and it was ok. Room was on the smaller side, had to notify of cleaning by hanging a sign on the door by 9am, if you forgot you didn’t get the clean, this is annoying in a hotel.
Bar area nice but only limited food. Well located, a couple mins walk from Radhausplan metro. Nice touch having free umbrellas for use at the entry.
Staff very reactive when asked for things.

Good wifi... liked that I could cast to the television. Bar staff was great and had great recommendations! Didn't bring our dog but it was definitely pet friendly. Balcony room was nice... however, if it's raining... take note that you must walk outside
to enter your room. Also note, if there is an outside concert happening at the venue across the street... it WILL be loud until the wee hours. Breakfast was just so-so... wish they had an omelet bar.
