ADDRESS NOT FOUND

The address given cannot be found, even with a GPS. There are no street names and numbers in the city. In fact it is the management office that closes at 6 pm, and it is not indicated "Beach Home". the taxi did not find and so we had to take a room in another hotel for the first night (which was not refunded obviously).
The aparthotel is actually in a residence on the main street Alemania.
Our apartment was very well decorated, very pleasant to live with. The staff very friendly supervision and maintenance.
Do not wait for the sea view proposed by the photo, the apartments overlook an inner courtyard where the pool is located.
Note: the continuous noise of the air conditioning of a block of the residence
The pool is cold, including the private one on the terrace
Watch out! Electricity consumption extra: $50 for a week

ATTENTION Beach Home Punta Cane

ATTENTION Beach home punta cana will not necessarily settle you in the condo you have booked!
We booked for 2 weeks with booking.com, from February 18th to March 4th 2026.
First, the address provided, 7 Marcio Magiolo, was not accurate. The condo was actually on Alemania Avenue.
We lost over an hour with our transport from the airport to find the place.
Second: the condo is fine but it lacks housekeeping inside. Divant dirty and full of animal hair, dirty dishes that we had to clean before using.
Washbasin of the bathrooms non-functional plug, the lights of the bedside tables of the two bedrooms non-functional because they are wired for Europe with 240 volts wire., plus the living room fixture same problem.
The light of the dining table not functional.
The low power wifi certainly free but difficult to watch TV because not fast enough.
All this was reported to Booking.com, the owner and verified by maintenance. No one came to fix these inconveniences...

The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.

The apartment is cute, very well decorated, and the staff were very friendly. We had to call for assistance because wifi wasn’t working and the water was coming out very muddy, Carlos were helpful with the wifi password and the security guard explained that the water problem was easily solved by letting it running for a while. It all worked fine. The poll area is great, good for small children. The apartment is very close to the beach but when booking it said our apartment had ocean views and we hadn’t. Overall it was a great experience for a 3 days trip.

The hose needs attention the door lock are broken cleanness needs more attention some of the shelves are falling down need to fix in general the property is nice and very convenient.
