Very nice hotel with huge balcony

Very nice hotel with huge balcony. The balcony was 400-500 sqft. The hotel is close to the city center (walking distance) and has a beautiful pool. Breakfast in included.

Scam! Pure and simple

This place was nice and the staff was nice but they overcharged me over $140 of the price that I booked through booking.com. They gave the excuse that it was due to a rate exchange. I've traveled all over the world and never had such a difference in rate exchange. If you cannot honor the price that you advertise in US$ then do not advertise yourselves on these OTA's. I will NEVER book this place again.

disappointing

We were in this hotel and we are disappointed I have some businesses around that make you feel like you're in a neighborhood of the capital and take care of a nice hotel but it's cloaked in the worst of the grounds. and also it's a little sloppy just at the reception there's a good service. value for money is not right

Great location

This hotel is located in front of the beach, very close to the village center, where you can buy everything and at the beginning of the area where most restaurants and bars can be enjoyed at noon or for dinner or drinks by the seaside, walking along a sidewalk by the sea that has an incredible shade.
The hotel provides only breakfast which is very good and Maria's attention makes it even better.
For lunch we used the kitchen of the apartment very well equipped and we did the shopping walking from the hotel to the supermarkets which are very complete.
The pool is excellent, very well maintained. My congratulations to the gardener who apart from the beautiful garden, keeps the water spotless.
Finally we want to highlight the excellent care of Leydi , reception, very efficient and friendly, who made our stay the best experience, helped by Marcos.
As a summary we will return!

Get ready for the noise

This was my fourth visit to Albachiara. October 19. Unfortunately it will be my final visit. We came here after a medical mission seeking a quiet getaway, which previously has been great here. Instead, there was a group of at least 20 youth blaring loud music all day by the pool, drinking and yelling and dancing provocatively Twice I went to the front desk. Nothing I even got to the point of asking my money back so we could leave. Refused. I won’t be back and would caution any American seeking a “tranquilo” experience to go elsewhere.
