Location location location! Great views and very private and secluded. Breakfast and the restaurant were amazing.

Beautiful location, but disappointing service …

Casa Coson is a charming villa nestled on the beautiful Playa Coson, set within a lush tropical garden; unfortunately, our stay was marred by poor management. We were initially checked into a lower-category room, by mistake. After realizing the error, the staff relocated our belongings in our absence, mishandling our personal items in the process. Furthermore, no refund was offered for the price difference of the initial night. While errors are understandable, the lack of transparency and the rude attitude of the staff were unacceptable.
Breakfast is plenty and tasty but the service is slow.
I’d still suggest staying here for its stunning location, but be prepared for some inconsistencies with the service.

Beach great, chalet not recommended

Rooms: Le Chalet:
Hut musty, damp, clothes get clammy over time. If you want to use the air conditioning, all curtains and turntables have to be closed, you are in the dark all day and have to keep the lights on.
Kitchen: ‘Equipment’ means: 2 small and 1 large pan, NO pots. 2 deep and a large flat plate, 2 small coffee cups. Wooden countertops very dirty, I scrubbed away the supposed grain with a lot of (home-bought) dishwashing. No sponge, towel, dishwashing, etc. available. Cookware rusted on.
Toilet: Flushing is so weak, you must NOT throw toilet paper in it, but this should be in the bucket next to it. For larger toilet trips you have to rinse with a bucket of water (not available), otherwise everything stays there. Pot I borrowed in the kitchen for cooking and for the toilet. At night a cockroach came to meet me.
Shower: No lights. Plaster crumbles from the ceiling and water runs through the ceiling when it rains. Only 2 large towels, nothing to dry hands. Nail stubs as towel rails?
Upper level: the bed is usable, the balcony is nailed and not accessible.
Bed below (no sofa as in the pictures): Pillows smell damp and musty. No insect net available.
The chalet urgently needs refurbishment, the photos are ancient and do not show reality.
Street extremely noisy, bring earplugs.
Breakfast: 3 variants, boring after 3 days. Just toasted bread.
