Would Not Stay Here Again

I booked an Executive Room through Booking.com, but upon arrival I was informed that my reservation was for a Standard Room instead. This was very disappointing from the start.
The room condition was far below acceptable standards. The air conditioner was blowing unpleasant kitchen odors into the room, the bathroom had visible yellow stains, and even the duvet had dried blood spots on it. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were extremely poor.
Because of these issues, I was unable to continue my stay. I decided to cut my trip short at this hotel, forfeited the remaining two nights of my reservation, and moved to another hotel that provided a much cleaner and more comfortable environment.
Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or accuracy of booking information. I would not choose to stay here again.

I would like to share my feedback about the hotel I stayed at:
1. The service was good.
2. The hospitality was excellent.
3. The breakfast was great and varied, but the buffet presentation needs improvement, and the lighting was inadequate.
4. The furnishings and rooms were not clean; there were stains or liquid on the walls that were not cleaned. The carpet in the room is old and needs to be replaced due to its cleanliness and age. Additionally, the beds are old and should be renewed. In the bathroom, there was no drain stopper, and there was no hand soap available, which was placed in the shower area. The lighting in the bathroom was weak.
5. The waiting time for the elevator's were long when going up or down, as the elevators are small and the numbers of guests

Cheating

I reserved sea view room and paid a deposit, when i arrived they intend to give me side sea view room, after half hour of negotiation they gave me worst sea view room, very narrow with old furniture

Disappointing experience-Do not recommend this hotel at all

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. The cleanliness was inadequate, and our room had a persistent musty odor. Despite contacting the reception multiple times after check-in, the issue remained unresolved until midnight. Ultimately, we succumbed to exhaustion and fell asleep amidst the unpleasant smell.
