Budget-Friendly Comfort in the Heart of Aswan

Affordable Stay with Good Service
Tiba Hotel is a gem for budget travelers. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We stayed for two nights, and from the moment we checked in, the service was excellent. They allowed us a free late check-out, which was very convenient. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Aswan, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the train station just a short walk away. The breakfast was surprisingly good, considering how affordable the hotel is. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay, this is the place!

Clean room, room temperature was very well despite a hit weather & good staff but the choices for breakfast are very much limited and not much choices for someone on any diet. It's better to not take breakfast in the options.

Not what I expected

Is not what I expected due to the price.
I booked through Bookings , unfortunately I Paid a bit more than what I been told on the Booking site & even they converted $ into Egyptian Pound using a high rate ,higher than the Bank rate (48 LE instead of 47.48 LE for 1 $)

Very nice hotel for a budget

A great hotel, great service and all the staff are friendly and repaired by any traveler of Laswan whether for business or tourism and is as priceless as the rest of the hotels in particular, it is located in the center of the country and very close to the Nile Corniche and Aswan train station and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarket and close to the tourist market

I had a great time at Tiba Aswan Hotel

Tiba Aswan Hotel is a nice and quiet hotel located near the train station in Aswan. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.
