The room with a view was incredible. Had balcony and could see all pyramids clearly. Small refrigerator was very useful. My room was esthetically pleasing. Could see one pyramid from bed.

A disgusting hotel!
The only thing about this hotel, the view from the window and the location - that's where the positive ends!
Breakfast was terrible - old dried cheese, Arabic "ful", juice and bread, the first day there was an omelette, then it was gone! There is no other food!!! just restaurants on the next street! Or a nearby hotel.
Nobody cleans the rooms, asked at check-in to clean every day, totaling NO cleaning in a week!
crap in the shower, changed rooms, things haven't changed!

No toilet paper! okay if the bidet worked... but no!!
THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL!!! Nearby for the same money normal conditions, I had to go there for breakfast!
Breakfast was terrible - old dried cheese, Arabic "ful", juice and bread, the first day there was an omelette, then it was gone! There is no other food!!! just restaurants on the next street! Or a nearby hotel.

ABSOLUTELY TO ESCAPE
The worst hotel you can find, besides what do you call it??
We were welcomed around 2:30 pm and asked for a meal for one person, the meal not good at all cost us the equivalent for two people in a chic restaurant on the Nile...
First night we meet in a cellar, windowless room, sanitary facilities more than doubtful, items of equipment may repaired, electric wires apparent in the bathroom and traces of water infiltration in some walls...
First night horrible because the manager had the excellent idea to organize an evening on the roof terrace just above our cellar, without being warned a noise not possible because the floor is poorly insulated.
Aware of the bazaar the manager offers us a room on the first floor but as it is without any embarrassment he asks us for a supplement because this room has a window.. yes the window is a paid option!!
Outraged by this individual, we left without even asking for any refund but never he would have offered it.
We went to the semi-detached hotel which is on top and at the same price!!!

Good service and hospitality! Woke up with a view over the pyramids, incredible. Huge thanks to Moustafa for making our stay very pleasant!

I would do your research before booking this hotel! We didn’t enough! Total waste of money and precious holiday days!
If you want to be as near to the pyramids as you can, this location is great. Will suit some people! The people who want the hotel to book everything for them at extortionate prices will suit! If you want to visit places independently be aware that you will be harassed to book trips via hotel! If you have a love of animals and how they are treated, this place is not for you! There are stables if you can call them that are below the hotel and buildings near by in this awful alley way! We were followed to our room to book trips! Again at breakfast asking what we were doing! My partner saying to me “quickly turn off phone” when looking at places we wanted to visit independently!
The hotel if you can call it that was awful. Advertised as having a restaurant! Only breakfast, a cat with a bad eye kept trying to get onto the table! When other guests left their table, cat was all over their table! Get the cat needs to eat! Think hygiene was non existent! There was no restaurant, awful area with beggars etc, did not feel safe in the evening! So we asked two evenings for some food, chicken, rice etc were offered which came from goodness knows where it came from, charged ridiculous price! Two evenings we didn’t eat. Moved to another hotel for last two days of our holiday at more expense! But to a lovely clean hotel! With a restaurant! And more importantly, not chased everywhere for money! We are a retired couple, so looking forward to this adventure of seeing the Pyramids and other wonderful places! This hotel and constantly chasing for our money spoiled this for us! Was truly awful.
