If you're heading to Cairo, this is the place you must stay! Private entrance to the pyramids and a golf cart ride there. Friendly, helpful staff, who go out of their way to make it enjoyable. On top of all that you have one of the best restaurants in Cairo on the premises and the views of the pyramids are unmatched!

Our experience at Marriott Mena House, Cairo was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. And while the property and those incredible pyramid views are breathtaking, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the PEOPLE.
I have to personally recognize Monica and the entire Concierge team. As the CEO of In-Style Travel and a luxury travel consultant traveling with my clients, I pay very close attention to how a property handles not only my guests, but also how they work with me as the host.
Monica understood the assignment!
She and her team were attentive, responsive, warm, professional, and always willing to help. They made sure my clients were taken care of, but what I appreciated even more was how they worked behind the scenes to help ME shine in front of my clients.
And let me tell you—that matters in this business.
When I bring clients to a luxury property, their experience is a reflection of my brand. Having a hotel team that understands that partnership allows me to do what I do best while knowing that the details are being handled.
A huge thank you as well to Mr. Ahmed and the Food & Beverage team. The hospitality was incredible. They were down-to-earth, accommodating, and genuinely wanted our group to have an amazing experience. We truly felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us.

Great stay with amazing pyramid views
We had a wonderful two-night stay at Mena House. The hotel was very helpful even before arrival with our room upgrade and extra bed request, and the check-in manager personally came out to welcome us as a Titanium member.
A special mention to Cristy from Concierge, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay — from sorting out a room key issue to arranging pyramid tickets and golf cart transfers. She really went above and beyond.
We were upgraded to a Pyramid View Suite, and the view was absolutely incredible. The whole place has such a unique resort atmosphere, especially with the pyramids right outside.
The Executive Lounge is not particularly large, but it feels elegant and thoughtfully designed. The food selection was beautifully presented and surprisingly good, and I especially liked that the lounge is open 24 hours, with soft drinks and refreshments available throughout the day.
Breakfast was good too, although admittedly not quite my taste .
Overall, excellent service and a truly memorable stay. Would definitely come back.

View of the pyramids, herb gardens, attentive service!
In every city there are hotels that symbolize a time, a place…In Cairo (actually Giza), The Marriott Mena House is THE HOTEL. We arrived at midnight for a 5 night stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary and found snacks, a note and a chocolate cake congratulating us. The staff is lovely and correct at all moment - at your service. The grounds are great -impeccable and lush. We ate at Pavillion 139 every night and loved it! The breakfast buffet is the most complete we have EVER seen. Try the beans and bread! I could go on and on, but it would just be superfluous complementing. Wonderful Hotel. PS: the view is not bad!
