I recommend!!!
The staff is very welcoming, with many festivities for both adults and children. The food was also top-notch; we had a lot of apprehension but were really not disappointed! Very clean as well, the rooms are made up every day with care ✅

Excellent stay!
Had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hurghada!
The staff were extremely friendly, the room and hotel was clean and comfortable, the food was delicios with plenty of options. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and having fun. I also celebrated my birthday there and I was so surprized when they gave me a birthday cake and a birthday note. Definitely recommend this wonderful hotel! <3

Not 5* hotel! Disappointing!
This hotel is certainly not a 5* hotel, I’d say at most a 3*.
We have been to Egypt 10 times previously and love the Egyptian staff but from the moment we arrived at The AMC we were greeted by rude, miserable staff who weren’t interested at all.
Our room was a pool view double room, it was very tired, needs updating, we had to push the chair against the door as banged all night as didn’t fit properly, the fan in the bathroom “screached” and was so noisy that we couldn’t turn the light on in bathroom as connected to the fan! The towels are thin and tatty, our bath mat was filthy and wasn’t changed in 6 days even though I put in bathroom hoping for new one each day!
The bed is rock hard! Very uncomfortable!
The food was atrocious! The main restaurant is like a canteen! Very busy, very noisy and chaotic!
All the “hot food” was tepid, very repetitive and tasteless! We were there 6 days and all I could manage to eat was the soup and fruit!!!
We thought we would book in to the speciality restaurant, unfortunately it is exactly the same buffet food as main dining room and still not hot! And again serve yourself.
The lobby is very noisy and loud as most evenings a new large influx of guests would arrive and leave so it was noisy making it difficult to hear the entertainment (usually a pianist/violinest) which would have been nice and relaxing had there not been all the noise!
Drinks - the beer was ok but the local spirits were not great but this is quite typical of Egypt! During the day drinks were served in the smallest cheapest plastic glasses! You really need larger and hard plastic glasses, I only drink soda water and only got a few sips then had to go back for another drink!
The beach area was nice! The pool area has the sun one side in morning then the other side has sun in afternoon! Unfortunately a lot of the sunloungers around the pool were broken and the backs didn’t stay up so you were unable to sit up and read!
I would not return to this hotel and certainly would not recommend it!

Awful
Small beach staff was rude, queueing Up for drinks to receive a small plastic cup of Coke that taste of the machine, same disgusting food every night, the places was crumbling away and not the cleanest. One pool closed because it was so dirty never again this place has gone down hill it need looking at again looks nothing like that one the website photo are over 10 years ago
