Better to choose another hotel, price performance does not fit at all! Google reviews are not all REAL!!!
Loungers are occupied already at 7 am although it would not be allowed but the hotel does too little for it

Nice hotel and perfect for couple break
- all the staff are helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother.
- the hotel and pool are are exceptionally clean and all plates and drinks cups were cleared immediately
- the food is fine if a little repetitive. The lunchtime specials on the outdoor grill were all good and food in Asian restaurant the tastiest.
- the loungers in the beach were a great place to chill and the drinks waiters very attentive
However,
- there are only a few rooms that get the sun on their balcony and none are sea view and this is not clear when booking
- the drinks offered are local gin, vodka, whisky or rum with mixer or pre-made cocktails . I enjoy an evening liqueur ( Baileys, Amaretto) but none available in any bar.
- the hotel, pool and beach are very quiet and laid back EXCEPT when animation team doing their daily dance off!
- the 'free' show at Neverland does provide a trip out but was mainly dance group show numbers
- whilst the catering is clean we both got the tummy bug . Recommend just accept it's Egypt go to pharmacy and get local medication asap.
- evening entertainment is LOUD and as the stage is in the middle of the resort all bedrooms can hear for the 2 hours of showtime regardless of whether they wish to
With regard to Hurgada we really enjoyed the fabulous winter sun and the speedboat and quad biking trips were good plus the trip to the marina is the evening nice .

Very many Russian guests whose behavior leaves much to be desired

A quiet adult hotel with compromises regarding food & beach
The hotel is 3 years old and still in good shape - the rooms, the sanitary facilities etc. It is all very clean and tidy.

On the whole nice, helpful around the clock endeavouring to satisfy guests' wishes.
What we didn't like so much:
The complex is narrow and long between White Beach and a construction ruin. It therefore has little greenery but plenty of pool. Unfortunately, the pools are very cold and therefore almost no one is in them. Too bad!
Walking on the beach is very limited - right hand the ruins and a lot of dirt - left hand the White Beach. Less than 500 m - after that you will be sent back from the nearest hotel Siva Grand Resort. You are not allowed to continue walking there - very annoying and incomprehensible.
The beach area of the hotel itself is very narrow and crowded with sunbeds, umbrellas and windbreaks. The loungers are more comfortable with the thick pads than those by the pool. At the pool as well as at the beach is quickly reserved in the morning - after 8.00 am you still have plenty of space - just in the middle, at the very edge or at the pool where the wind whistles.
The food is good overall, but not very versatile, unlovingly prepared and always the same more or less - at least this week. It has plenty of fast food and vegetarians certainly don't miss out. The fruit buffet leaves much to be desired - unripe fruits, oranges that are very dry, strawy and hard. Every now and then figs and mostly grapes. With the grapes at the breakfast buffet, it is unclear to me why
these swim in an indefinable broth. - quite unappetizing. It is equally incomprehensible that smoking is allowed in the room next to the lobby called “Bakers & Pastry”. The air there is very bad despite intense lime scent and it moves up to the lobby.
The wine is inedible for me - very sour.
All in all: Okay for a week. But at this price, there is better.
