Fantastic Family Holiday with 5* class!
We had a fantastic family holiday at the Grand Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! The food was very good at the Royal Palm Restaurant, while the Arabesque Restaurant serving Egyptian cuisine was absolutely excellent — definitely 5-star! Lunch at Blue Horizon was fantastic too, with amazing pizza, chicken shawarma and burgers. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pool area was lovely, and the beach was beautiful with lovely soft sand and no pebbles. The two waterslides were great fun, and our cleaner did an excellent job keeping the room spotless. Overall, it was a fantastic family holiday and we’ve already booked to go again! Although the hotel is rated 4-star, I would honestly say it’s better than some 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. 100% recommend!

Second time at the hotel ❤️
I finally found time to write a hotel review. She rested for the second time in this hotel from 31.03.2026 to 04.04.2026. It's the first hotel I've ever returned to a second time. Of course the price paid off. And the hotel generally liked it. The location is chic, Mamsha area, close to the airport. The sea at this hotel is as beautiful as ever, the sea call is super, lots of free sunbeds at any time. Number, judging by the reviews, I got a good one, everything worked well. A very nice guy who cleaned the room. Always changing beach towels, never having to find a place to change. Everything I needed in the room told him. He decided very quickly. And in general the staff tries, the service is good both in restaurants and on the beach. Very nice beach bar. You can eat during the day and you don't have to go to lunch. I want to mention the animation team separately. The team from my last stay has changed. And it's very visible. Shakshok, Moglii, Lisa, Nici, Nicole, Anne, Natalie, Isis, Anne - you made my vacation memorableThe guys try, on the beach constantly active, there was also a foam pati by the pool. Show nights on the terrace outside reception. Went to nightclubs with them, really enjoyed it. As a result, I'll probably be back at this hotel for the third time.

Towel service is very bad
We have been staying at The Grand Hotel Hurghada for several days. The towel service here is very bad.
You can only get towels once a day, between 10:00 and 10:30 am, and only from your room cleaner. If you don’t know this, you get no towels. That’s what happened to us.
We asked the staff many times. First they said “come back tomorrow.” Then they said “come at 12 pm.” Then they said “not my job, ask someone else.” In the end we got only two towels for four people. We needed two more, but every staff member we asked had no towels either.
Because of this, we have been using the same towel for three days, in three different rooms. We could not change it, because there were simply no towels to give us.
This hotel has no real towel service, like other good hotels have (for example, a towel station at the beach where you get fresh towels easily). Here, nothing like that exists.
We cannot recommend this hotel right now.

The worst booking experience I’ve ever had.
فتدق بتاريخ وذكريات جميلة ، تحولت لاسوأ تجربة بدأت بصعوبة التواصل للحجز المباشر عن طريق التلفون المباشر بالفندق وكان رد موظف الحجز ان لازم يتم الحجز عن طريق مكتب حجز بالقاهره وعطاني الرقم وللاسف رقم مفصول عن الخدمة طبعا ده تم بعد اكثر من عشر مرات اتصال وحتي مجرد ان اتصل اعمل شكوي عن تجربتي فشلت اني اتواصل مع اي مدير فى الفندق ........

The reservations agent informed me that bookings must be made through the Cairo office and provided me with a number. Unfortunately, that number was disconnected.
