Do not book at this hotel at all what ever you see in website it’s not true ,hotel actually not safe and so dirty

Horrible, shabby and run down.
This hotel was very poor in that it was trading on its past glory. All the promotion photos are at least 10 yrs out of date. The decor was faded and shabby. The pool area was not accessible and looked extremely dirty . The pool had a piece of rubber or some sort of material lying on the bottom. Not conducive to swimming in it. There was one shabby dirty plastic chair by the pool. In the reception there was a banner showing photographs of the pool area with lovely deck chairs and recliners. Nothing like the reality we found.There was supposed to be a panorama bar with lovely views towards the Nile however this was not open. When asked in reception about access it was supposed to be open at 5pm but never was.
The hotel room has sliding wardrobe doors but one of them was not on its rail, so was very difficult to move. The light fitting was hanging by the electrical wires from the ceiling and not actually attached to the ceiling properly. The basin tap was loose in that it swivelled round, The towel rail was falling off the wall. The shower head fell off its mount when it was used. The breakfast was very basic, no water or fruit available and the coffee was instant with powdered milk and served with a plastic spoon. The wifi was very difficult to access in the hotel so booking tickets and taxis for trips was difficult. At one point I had to hotspot with a member of staff to access the internet. On reflection this hotel is not worthy of a 3 star rating. The photos in the advert do not reflect reality. I would not recommend to stay here, it was horrible!

Diabolical
Booked this hotel for wheel accessable. On arrival there were 10 steps to the lift defensively not wheelchair accessible, so every time we entered or left the hotel my partner had to carried in her wheelchair by the staff, very embarrassing for her.
Wheelchair would not go into the bathroom. Bathroom only had a bath even though I'd contact the hotel and asked for a room with a shower, and they said yes no problem. But they don't have rooms with showers.
Internet was literally non excitant. Lucky if we'd 1 channel on the TV.
Pool are you serious it was an empty gaping hole, and then there were wild cats roaming the hotel screaming all night. Worst place iv ever stayed in avoid it like the plague.

A nightmare
Completely dirty hotel we arrived late in the evening and found the rooms dirty sheets with hair towels used.
We immediately complained saying that the next day they would change the rooms when instead they were never changed but they gave a very bland general cleaning...
Starting from the fact that the Egyptian people do not know the cleanliness but this hotel was just bad about everything inedible food and even breakfast no comment.

Do not go here!!!
The pool wasn’t open despite me asking awhile before if it was going to be open and neither was the rooftop cafe. They are advertising things that have not been open for a long time. There is no WiFi even though they advertise it. I am a solo travel and didn’t feel comfortable going outside on my own because of the location of the hotel so if I wasn’t on an excursion I was stuck in my room. There was no cups or tea/coffee provided and had to boil the kettle on the floor. In the restaurant if you are bed and breakfast they charge you for water and it is not a buffet breakfast they just bring a few things out on a plate. The food in the evening was quite nice and if you are lucky and the older guy is working he is nice and polite but everyone else is rude. I know you get what you pay for and I always go as cheap as possible so don’t expect much but this was just ridiculous.
