I was greeted by a swift early check-in by front desk accommodating staff (I do particularly remember Michael) and to my most-pleasant surprise I thought my room was five-star (go for the superior room, well worth it; I have no experience with standard rooms). Housekeeping lady (Alla) is very friendly and accommodating and will do a fantastic thorough job. Thank you. High-floor pool is very nice and clean (can see the Nile river). Buffet breakfast was varied, tasty and more than satisfying. If wnd when in Cairo, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again (and will not try to find a "better hotel").

Disappointed. I wouldn't come back at half price.

Basically my comments are about unacceptable things, it's always personal opinion, maybe for other clients they don't matter. My room on the sixth floor under the restaurant is quite noisy
There were a lot of women's hairs on the ground. The vacuum cleaner only be used the first time.The cleaning service failed one of the six days
Terrace only offers the prices of drinks not including shisha and I was surprised me later by its was more expensive price than a premium restaurant in the Nile. The terrace service is nonexistent once the opened hours of use i have to go down a floor several times, to order or pay the bill
Breakfast for Europeans is poor
The curtains are not opaque and let a lot of light through at dawn
The ATM does not recognise Revolut or N26 Visa cards with over 100 million customers
The invoice has no reference number or legal validity

Hotel and rooms were basic but nice and worth it for the price we paid! We also were out for most of the day on organized tours so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. There is a nice rooftop that you can see a wide city view from and the breakfast was basic but enough to get your day started. The only annoying part was we needed to have our room cards reset every 24h to be able to get into our rooms.

It was dirty like I had to have them switch my room also fridge didn’t work. They don’t give u any towels and if they do you’re lucky if you get 4. The hotel needs to be updated and they need channels that isn’t just in Arabic. I will never go back there oooo ya I had to buy dish soap so I can wash my coffee cups do I need to say more

The hotel is incredible, very clean and the breakfast is to die for. The area is the only thing I would mention to anyone; you should be in a taxi as soon as you step out as it is not the safest area.
