Really nice place for a medium to long term stay

Really nice and convenient place for a medium to long term stay you would definitely feel at home staying there.
The apartment is located in a gated and very secure compound very well located. 15min away from Maadi. There is a qupermarket down the compound if needed. The apartment comes fully fitted with all amenities except washing machine. The host Ahmed is really nice and super reactive, if you have any issues he will be there to help day or night. Only point i had flagged during my stay were some internet connection issues which was solved after 2 days and a bit more cleanliness of the apartment before handing over to the guest ( properly vacuuming and changing the bedsheets and towels). Apart from this you will feel righr at home! Would definitely recommend and come back :)

The best

A beautiful location, next to everything. Ideal apartment size, and furniture. They were super friendly, helpful, and professional I had to move places because I wanted an extension and they facilitated the change and I didn't even feel the move from one apartment to the other! I would definitely recommend their locations or stays as both apartments had stellar service! Will definitely love to visit them again!

Excellent Stay

Incredibly comfortable stay where the place matched the photos exactly. Checking in and checking out was very seamless and the service was responsive and prompt.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a spot to stay in Kattameya

Amazing Stay

Its not my first time to stay at prime residence,
i would like to thanks all the management they are very helpful, very professional and know how to deal with customers and the apartment is very clean and modern, housekeeping they are very professional. i am highly recommend if anyone need a serviced apartment to be his first choice.

I was very happy staying there, they exceeded all my expectations!! very nice cozy tidy modern apartment plus its good location everything is nearby.
Also i was very satisfied of their hygiene and following the COVID-19 safety preventative measures.
Highly recommended!!
