Incredibly Horrible
Very unclean and terrible.
Staff is sooo unprofessional.
.Rude and dishonest receptionist.
Receptionist doesn't have any manners whatsoever.
On top she has no English language skills .
Mangemet is so unprofessional as well.

Bad stay
Power cuts frequently
Ants in the rooms and outside in the hallway
Reception staff are rude unprofessional and don’t speak English.
You have to chase them to get things done.

Horror show Dokki area
-Prepaid meter for electricity.
-The don’t give you any toiletries, soap or hand wash.
-No Covid measures whatsoever in this place.
-Laundry service is appalling and expensive as they give back your clothes dirty again.
-The AC in the rooms are old and hadn’t been cleaned for years that you will get sick from breathing the air inside the room.
-they take a deposit from you at check in and you won’t t get it back.
Windows are not soundproof that you will hear everything outside.
Water heater in the toilet uses batteries and they give you bad quality already used ones from the other rooms in the hotel.
It was a horrible time in this place, never again.
Btw they don’t speak English properly and they don’t understand it as well.
