Avoid that Hostel Very bad experience
No visa ,, No electricity besides bed to plug in phone ,, No elevator 5 floor !! ,, No soap or toilet paper in the toilet or shower !! ,, The reception usually not helpful ,,
Iam regularly stay at that hostel there's a common issue happening every time ,, the noise at that hostel ,, that hostel located in public shop area call altawfikia which there's no control of voice and noise came out of the shops ,, reception making noise as well playing music and loud suond during the night !!
when I complained, they handled the situation, but not usually, tonight I complained because of the noise and that what I have got as a response don't come to stay at our hostel again !!

worst lie ever
My girlfriend and I booked a room at Agoda two months ago, and went to the hotel to check in immediately after arriving in Cairo. I walked four steps and registered with the staff. A clerk who claimed to be the owner of the store said that his hotel had a rule: if you were not a married couple, you would not allow to entertain.
We didn't have this item when we booked online, and we didn't receive an official notice from Agoda or the hotel during the two-month booking period. This is simply lying! Because they ignored our online booking, All the rooms were rented before we arrived. He just found an excuse to shut us out! We are at a loss in the strange and dangerous Cairo.
If there is such a "if you are not a married couple, you will not be entertained", it should have been written in the plain text on the booked website, we will never book.
史上最糟糕的旅店。
我和女友預先兩個月前在Agoda預訂了房間，到開羅後立即到旅店check in入住。走了四層樓梯，跟職員登記。一名自稱店主的店員指他的旅店有條規條：若不是已婚夫婦，恕不招待。
我們在網上預訂時根本沒有這個條項，而且兩個月內的預訂時間，也沒有收到agoda或是旅店的明文通知。這根本就是撒謊！因為他們無視了我們的網上預訂，在我們到埗前已把全部房間租用，並找一個藉口把我們拒諸門外！害我們在陌生又危險的開羅不知所措。
若真有此「若不是已婚夫婦，恕不招待」，早該在預訂的網站明文寫出，我們絕不會訂。

Good location,Cheap price except bed bug
Shower room, toilet, rooms are clean except bed bug. i have to buy medicine of bed bug at the cairo pharmacy.
Receptionist was kind and everything was comfortable.

It's the best service hostel in Cairo
comportable but we are more satisfied their service mind than the conditions and also the location is pretty perfect It's in the big local market so you can get every stuff easily and nearby metro, bus, trail stations you could get there by walking.
We think that you could be hard to find cheaper price on this level of service in Cairo.
Sony who is manager in Venice always tried to give some good chances looking around in Cairo for us so sometimes we went out together and he showed us what is real night spot which is prefered by the Egyptian and he tried his best for my request.
We really enjoyed our staying at Venice Hosokawaya with Sony and their staffs If we re visiting again in Cairo we wanna stay here again. Highly Recommend~~!!!
