Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely amazing time at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina! The staff truly stand out — they go above and beyond everywhere you turn, responding to any request almost instantly. They're constantly offering to bring you a drink, and it was so nice that they even remembered our personal preferences throughout the stay.
The hotel territory is compact, but beautifully maintained and well-kept — every corner feels cared for. There's also a great water park, which was a lot of fun for the whole family!
The food was excellent - everything tasted fresh. The grilled fish and meat were especially delicious and available every day, and there was seafood on the menu several times a week too.
The sea was fantastic as well — a lovely beach that's great for families with kids, plus a beautiful reef nearby that snorkeling lovers will really enjoy.
Overall, this hotel left us with wonderful memories, and we will definitely be coming back again!

Great vacation

We had a very nice stay at the Jaz Neo Dar El Madina hotel. This hotel is very quiet. To describe how it went, the welcome was very professional. We got our room right away and we were able to have breakfast immediately. Then the pool, very beautiful (it looks small but it is not). The water park is right next door and that makes access easier for the children. This park is very large and very popular, not only for playing but also for eating/drinking. Regarding the hotel's entertainment, there is some every day (daytime and evening), and we thank Holly and the entertainers for their kindness. As for the meals, nothing to complain about. There is a bit of everything with an explanation of the origin of the cuisine. As for the staff, they are very, very friendly, helpful, polite, ... Thanks to Mohamed Farrag, Hakim, Ahmed Ismail, Taya, ... Perfect for a vacation. The room is very nice and the cleaning service is very pleasant. Thanks to Waleed for our room. There are also excursions that are possible to do. Personally, we recommend going camel riding for 2 hours and going diving either in the sea or at the center of the bay. Around the hotel, there is a small souk for making various souvenir and other purchases. You can also walk around the various Jaz hotels next door and you can see that everything is spotless. To finish, Coraya Bay is a 5-minute walk away and it is magnificent. Fish of all colors, turtles, dolphins, ... Wowwwwwwwww
So nothing to criticize about this great family trip.

Great food 5/5, pool sliders 5/5, very helpful staff 5/5, very well-maintained surrounding 5/5, unobtrusive entertainment, and a beautiful reef—you might even spot a turtle 5/5. Probably the best resort I’ve had the pleasure of vacationing at so far.
