Great location and wonderful staff!

This isn’t glamorous but the location you get with clean, basic rooms at this price is exceptional. The breakfast is good but the standout feature are the staff who will always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, help you (as we found out when our airline cancelled our flight and the hotel arranged a later one - without any fuss) and make you feel at home.

The hotel is truly cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms that capture a charming colonial essence. The service provided was good, but could be better and more pleasant and friendly. In addition to having free Wi-Fi, television, and showers offering hot water, my stay at this establishment was undoubtedly good.

Fascinating

It was a very good stay, the place is colonial and excellent service from the owner.
The rooms are in good condition and the bathrooms are very clean. The menu has an excellent flavor and its facilities allow it to accommodate large groups.

The rooms have comfortable beds and pillows so you can rest comfortably, however the quadruple room was too narrow, the bathroom was clean but there was no water in the shower for a while, which was quickly resolved.
The customer service from the workers was very good since they were attentive to any incident that may have occurred to solve it quickly.

A quaint hotel close to the city centre.

We had a large internal room but was poorly ventilated. A real drawback.
The floor was wooden and very noisy,
The breakfast was very good.
The staff were helpful.
It was only a few blocks to the town centre and the many tourist sites.
