The sites are incredible, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful.

Excelente! Great place to stay

So, we decided to stay here the night before climbing Imbabura. It was the perfect decision. It is a great stay in Esperanza. We had a great night rest in a huge King bed, great dinner, pool to relax, and great service. I highly recommend staying here.

What can I say about our stay? Well it was One of our best stays ever. The people were friendly, the rooms were beautiful the food was delicious . Over all it was just great!

Beautiful place

Overlooking the valley of Ibarra and the whole city on the one side and underneath the volcano Imbabura on the other, the view is simply superb. The swimming pool is huge and heated. The rooms are large and each one has a fire place. Internet worked well too.
The place is hard to find if you don't have Waze as there is no sign for it and it's located well outside the city. We did miss having bar/restaurant open in the evening but I suppose this will be fixed once more staff is hired as the place had just recently started operating as a hotel when we stayed there.
We payed $40 per head including taxes and breakfast. Kids pay half that price.
