Good value for money, but noisy

We had a double room with private bathroom. The shower was hot and towels provided. The breakfast was included for our room (19$/night) and was really good with eggs and sausages and fruits and bread. They serve it so you just get one each but i just took more. They saw it and smiled but didn't say anything.
Location is perfect to experience the historic center and close to the bus stop marin central.
Only negative point: it is really noisy. You can always hear people outside your room or in the lobby.

Good location, but noisy and terrible WiFi

The room was spacious and functional. Many main attractions of Quitos is realy near in walking distance. However, it is also extremely noisy day and night. The noise comes from the guests and the staff. The WiFi is completely useless. The hostel has a good pick-up service at the airport if you need it. Hot water In the shower the failed 2 from my 4 days stay and the towels were not provided.

Great location, rooms and facilities, terrible WiFi and sleep quality

This hostel is very much a back-packers place, as in it is good value for money and has plenty of useful facilities (Internet, free breakfast etc..). The rooms were spacious and functional. It is also in walking distance to a lot of Quitos' main attractions.
However it is also extremely noisy almost all of the time (day and night), and because of the layout of the lobby it seems impossible to avoid this. The noise comes from guests and staff alike, and you don't really get any quality sleep because of it.
The WiFi is completely useless and barely worked during our entire 3-4 day stay
The hostel has an excellent airport pick-up service if you need it, and Omar(?) who picked us up was amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay.

Good location, friendly staff

Clean but basic room. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok nothing too amazing! Laundry very expensive though! €30 for a bag of washing- most expensive in South America so far!
Kitchen very basic!

Nice, if you are a morning person

The hostel is pleasant, with good services (hot water, comfy beds, Wi-Fi, tv, computers and kitchen available for all guests, gym, a big living area, laundry service, terrace with view, 24 hours reception) and is very well located, 3 blocks from the main square.
However, I'd only recommend it if you're waking up very early in the morning, since at 6.30/7 am on both mornings I've spent there, the living area became completely alive and both staff and guests started interacting as if it was 12 pm! I had to ask to lower the tone of their voice in order to sleep again.
Guests' need to sleep should always be respected. In the end this is what we are coming for!
