Great restaurant at Radisson's. Stopping here a second time and happy! There is a restaurant, a spa and a well-equipped gymnasium with a bar. I'd like to mention a great breakfast in particular.

We received our room 30 minutes later than the promised check-in time, and when we finally got in, it had not even been fully cleaned.
We had requested a room on the same floor as our friends, as both families were traveling with children and it would have made our stay much more convenient. We made this request two months in advance, but upon arrival we were told it was not possible because the hotel was fully booked during the week. I find it very surprising that such a simple request could not be accommodated despite the advance notice.
The staff seemed indifferent and did not take our concerns seriously. I have stayed at this hotel before and have always been very satisfied, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, after this stay, I have no intention of returning.
