Objekt Säde Apartment nalazi se u središtu odredišta ‘Tallinn’ na samo 7 min hoda od znamenitosti Estonska nacionalna opera i 1,3 km od znamenitosti Toranj Maiden Tower te ima besplatan WiFi i pogled na grad.

Beautiful apartments with huge panoramic windows
It's just 10 min to go to the Old City, these apartments located in the big condominium: quite large apartments with panoramic windows. Everything is new and personnel is quite helpful. We have stayed there twice, and there is only one problem - in parking. There are to condominiums actually, one of them has own free parking, last time we lived in the second one, we were obliged to use Euro-parking outside - 12 Euro/day.
Location is perfect, all big shopping centers are nearby. I would recommend it for everyone !!!!

Smaller things needed
Reception:
The reception lady is in a hard to find, difficult to access office above the Viru shopping area.
There is only a small sign to indicate the Adelle Apartments are inside the entry foyer to other apartments.
Room / facilities:
As suggested on our booking documents, our room was NOT located in the Viru shopping area, but located another 500m away in the Swissotel Building, on the 17th floor.
The details of the apartment provided in the booking documents did not fully match the apartment allocated, as we were detailed as having a balcony in the apartment, however we only had huge windows that don’t open.
The apartment has a clothes washer (but no dryer), dish washer (but no dishwasher tablets). Full bathroom (but no body soap) with only hand soap on the vanity, there is toilet paper (but no holder). The double bed sheet on the mattress barely fits over the head and foot of the bed.
Then apartment has absolutely no instructions on rubbish removal, emergency evacuations procedures, and other basic information.
We were verbally informed to leave apartment key in the mail box on ground floor.
There is a very small piece of paper (5cm x 3cm) with hand written Wifi User id and password inside the appartment.
Wifi:
Very fast, with unique usage of the appartment.
Breakfast:
Not applicable
Conclusion:
The concept of the apartments is fantastic, but arrangements and organization of each apartment requires vast improvement for foreign visitors to enjoy a stay in Tallinn
Downfalls:
Poor appointment of the room..
Little things that are missing include.
- No iron and board.
- no onsite reception.
- The only way to contact the to checkin lady is via normal phone and cannot use wifi related apps. This can be problematic if international visitors do not have a international cell phone or SIM or global roaming from their home phone provider.
- No information on do’s and don’ts for the apartment.
- There are only 2 towel hooks for hand towels.. no long rails for bath towels.
- No curtains in the bedroom and living room would be a nice touch.

Getting to checkin location:
From Tallinn airport, board the number 4 tram. Tickets are available from the driver for cash. Tickets are €2 per person.
Exit the tram at “Hobujaama” tram stop. You will see the Viru shopping building from the tram.
Checkin is on Level 9, via a glass door to the right of the mall entry. There is no street signage, but a small sign inside the locked glass doors. The intercom outside does not permit you to call the checkin office, so you will need to telephone the number on the "Adelle Apartments" sign inside the door.
You will then be directed to your hotel which may / or may not in the same building.

Amazing Apartment. Great View from Balcony. Centrally Located
Modern Apartment with very friendly staff. Located in the Centre of Tallinn just a short walk from the old town and the port. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment was very spacious and next to a large shopping centre. Highly Reccomended

Excellent location Big appartment
Our second time here. Location is perfect and apartment is really spacious for two persons. Big balcony and all basics are there.
Easy ti access and really nice staff. You can leave your luggage there if you are eaely. First time may be little bit tricky to find but staff is helpful.

Not in the old town
The booking details said that the apartments are in the old town but they are outside and a long walk from the main old town area.
We had a major problem getting into the apartment. The office is very much a part time affair and it is a security building. This cost us an extra visit and wasted over an hour.
The lady on reception was fine when she was in attendance.
The location was on the 9th floor and we did have views out over the harbour. There is a wrap around verandah that is glassed in.
The apartment itself is fine but a little austere. It lacks any character.
It is poorly set up. It had wine glasses but not corkscrew or bottle opener. Shame as we had purchased a bottle to drink on the verandah.
Ironing facilities but you needed to request them when reception was open.
It was good to have a washing machine but it was not on the list so we were not prepared.
