Nice stay

This hotel is straight to the center and on the road.
I like the stay of three nights because they have all amenities in the room.
Breakfast could be better but it will be a choice to eat.
Rooms are ok and staff is wonderful.
All the best and I recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Tartu

Tartu city visit

The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge.
In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).

Hot and inconsistent quality rooms

The hotel is located on an industrial area, behind a car dealership. The location behind the car dealership is good because there was noisy street racing on the street.
The availability of parking in the courtyard was a good thing.
The rooms were of inconsistent quality. We had booked two rooms. We got rooms that were very close to each other. One of the rooms was quite poor in quality, with a tile falling off the bathroom wall and a broken shower handle. The other room was in better condition.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, or at least not in the rooms we got. On a warm summer day, the rooms were unbearably hot. Neither opening the window to an open position nor the portable fan in the room helped.
Our rooms included breakfast, which was served in a somewhat aged-looking hall. The breakfast food was decent, similar to what I might have eaten at home.

Terribly poor. No power socket in bathroom. No power socket close the beds. 21" screen in the corner of ceiling, need a binoculars to watch it. Dirty floor. Overall look is very cheap and old-fashioned. Better go to groceries instead the 9 eur breakfast. Looks like a brothel from 90s Eastern Europe :)

Not that good

Good locations for the price, not far from the center. Room didn’t have a air conditioning, so it was hot! There was a fan, but it didn’t help at all. Breakfast was quite expensive and bad. The bed was hard, and the hotel felt a little bit dirty. A lot of parking spaces for the guest tho.
