Another wonderful stay at Guzara Hotel

This was my third stay at Guzara Hotel. It will continue to by my hotel of choice when visiting Addis. Wonderful staff, room service, food. Located very close to the Totot Cultural Restaurant, highly recommended going. Teshome, as always is a wonderful guide and host. Love the Power Gym located nearby and Hadero Coffee also located short walk from the hotel. This time of year was so nice. Only rained once in the 20 days I stayed.

Warm Hospitality and Exceptional Service at Guzara Hotel

I stayed at Guzara Hotel during my trip to Addis Ababa for African Climate Week, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel manager was especially kind and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful, perfect after long conference days. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Addis!

Another wonderful stay at Guzara Hotel

This was my second trip to Addis and my second stay at Guzara Hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience. They hosted my proposal surprise for my girlfriend who is now my fiancé. The owner and his wife are very kind. I love coming down for breakfast each morning and buna ☕️. So many good restaurants close by as well and Hadero coffee is within walking distance. I came back to a clean room everyday. The hotel staff are wonderful and accommodating. Don't forget you can order food from the kitchen. Hotel Guzara is my first home in Addis Ababa. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.

Good

The customer service was good, however if you could work on the mattresses on the rooms B are honestly thin and when you sleep is not comfortable, also add some toiletries like colgate for customers.
For the food could you have alternatives please if possible. Thank you for a good place and a quiet one.
