Excellent stay at Central Hawassa Hotel!
I had a wonderful experience at Central Hawassa Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any request.
The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore Hawassa and access nearby attractions. I particularly appreciated the warm hospitality, peaceful atmosphere, and commitment to guest satisfaction throughout my stay.
The value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend Central Hawassa Hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Hawassa. Thank you to the entire team and the HUMBLE AND GENEROUS CEO DR FETEH for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to returning very soon on my next visit.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service.

Exceptional Hospitality at Central Hawassa Hotel. ⭐

I had a wonderful experience at Central Hawassa Hotel. The hospitality and level of service are truly exceptional. All the staff members are very kind, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs. In my opinion, this warm hospitality beautifully reflects Ethiopian culture. I highly recommend Central Hawassa Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is definitely worth experiencing.

Disappointment in Hawassa Hotel.

The most unprofessional services with the utmost disrespect for clients. They have no sense of time value. I have waited for two hours without any explanations for there service with an attitude wish you haven't stepped there doors.
Taking advantage of every opportunities providing the at most low quality provisions of service.
Be careful not to step your foot in this hotel, you will end up having a bad day for each services and there cheap scams for profit without a service.

Room had a lot of Roaches , then they changed our room and gave us a different room but it also had a few Roaches . I didn’t feel comfortable, it was late so we stayed one night but the next morning we immediately checked out and went to another hotel . Unfortunately I didn’t like the stay , we didn’t even eat the free breakfast because of the roaches
